Excellent work as usual. Even Paul Shinn would be proud of that.

When you installed your windshield frame did you have to install the screws on an angle? My new header only fills about 60% of the header cap/windshield mounting holes. Thank you!

No sir, I dont think so. Maybe the video will show more detail but sounds like your windshield frame
      may have shifted?

Hello my brother in Christ. Have you installed or have an idea on how to install the rear fender braces on a 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe?

On my Tudor I just found original pictures and followed them. Type in year make and model of your car and just go through pictures for proper way. That’s what I did for mine. My Tudor had a wierd assortment of bracing when I got it. Now it’s all good. Also check the judging standards

Wish I had seen this months ago. Aircraft Spruce & Specialty in Fullerton, CA has quite a selection of rubber door seal material that might work around that windshield and certainly in your door frames. Mentioning this incase the next restorer is going through a similar situation.
Also, wearing a latex glove you can smooth out the sealant squirting iso propyl alcohol directly on the sealant and smooth it out with your finger if you wish. Worked for the airlines at a maintenance facility repairing acoustical panels that required special matting to be adhered with red, black, or gray 3M sealant we referred to as "goo".
