So, a dermatologist recommended 0.025% of Tretinoin with 5% Tranexamic which I'm okay with but also 6% hydroquinone...I'm so fearful of the hydroquinone. I am a dark skin beauty and the hyperpigmentation on my face is black. I understand all the precautions I need to take but I'm still afraid of the possible rebound affects I could have. I really would like to get rid of this hyperpigmentation. I would love some confidence back.

    • @PAMTSKINCARE
      @PAMTSKINCARE  ปีที่แล้ว +3

Those are all the best products for hyperpigmentation, but I understand you being fearful because of our melanin skin. We do have to be careful! I would start off a couple days a week using them before bed
Work your way up to every evening for three months then take your break for three months and see how your skin reacts before starting it again.
Good luck I hope it works for you 😊

I suffer from bad terrible hypermigmentation and some acne. I was given accutane, for the first three months with Vitamin C, Niacinamide and Moisturiser. After 3 months my skin felt better but marks were the same.
The acne wasnt bad had my periods so one pimple, she gave me two months of Accutane and hydroquinone 4% that is formulated.
Ita been less then a month and the dark marks are really lightening up, I use it (ear bud firectly on marks, not on whole face).
I use it with my facewash, Vitamin C, Snail serum, moisturiser then spot treat with the hydroquinone.
Im currently having an allergic reaction but I'm not sure if it's the Accutane or the hydroquinone but i stopped using it (hydroquinone ) on my eyelids and that bad reaction stopped. Althought my face does swell up.

      Hi Sharonz
Sounds like you’ve been going through a lot trying to figure out what works for your skin.
This is exactly what people have to do you find out by trial and error.
I have never used Accutane, but my current products are all similar to yours.
I love trying new products too
And because I’m sensitive I don’t like to use them all at the same time. I’ll try a new moisturizer for couple days then add the other products in couple days apart so if my skin gets irritated I know which product is the problem.
Thanks so much for sharing your skin journey with us!❤️

@@luxpursuitshydroquinone is comparatively alot more efficient IF the fundamental issue revolves around the unwanted occurrence of dark spots.
The mechanism of the action for hydroquinone is just effectively minimising the production of melanocytes [the pigment that's responsible for the skin to get a colour]. Therefore, it makes your skin lighter or whiter.

I would take it slowly 2-3 days weekly at night only apply thin layer and see how it looks after 3mo if it lightens that’s great but if it looks darker l wouldn’t continue use. Honestly, I wouldn’t continue to use if it was getting darker after 6 weeks of use because it shouldn’t keep getting darker it’s supposed to lighten so don’t push it that’s what ruins your skin. Hello ,
I’ve never tried this in those areas so I’m not sure sorry, but I’ve been seeing a fade cream averting for butt and private areas. I’ll try to find the product I’m talking about and send the link.
      Thanks so much!🤗

I’ve never used it on my hands but that’s a good idea may be just use a lot of moisturizer on your hands.
Thanks for tip and watching video!❤️
