Any kind of gypsum, there are more possible Rat issues, rats can stay between bricks and gypsum plaster. Normally ,when you are applying 10mm to 14mm gypsum, we have to face this problem. (One of my friends is facing these Rats issues, but this gypsum, I have no Idea, They have to clear.)

@@krishkrish9550bro i recently got Gypsum plastering work completed by these people from Indhra traders.. Pakka cheating.. They have a very poor team of north Indian people's. I lost 4 lakhs... Very poor finishing.. Better find some good people for Gypsum plastering work

I contacted them for the plastering work for my Bedroom, Balcony, Kitchen, Hall, One room and for one side exterior and roof top plastering. But they denied to do the work. For the name shake they are telling like 1500 sq ft project also they will take. But its not true. They will work only for the bigger projects. I told them there is no awerness in my area (Kadambur, Thoothukudi Dist) about the gypsum plastering. If they did, that is the good opportunity for them also in my area they will get more projects.

I had a bad experience with Vellore dealer Srinivasan ,. They have committed to complete in 5 days but after 15 days only half of the work completed, They dont have enough manpower to fulfil the commitment. No one is available to take phones in kerala office. Worse service. If go with cement morter the work would have been completed now
