Add Penalty fees compensation by builder Or engineer at 10% of total value paid for not completing the work on time Or timelines missed by them purely. 4. Amount should flexible as per customer convenience for making arrangements of funds for each slab and engineer responsibility for delivering the work with Quality and Right Quantity used. Note slabs should be agreed as per bank payment release to customer.
One more point please add it is a must Engineer Or experienced supervisor should be available all time whenever there is ongoing work including weekend as necessary.
