    How it come from overlocking system and what about pole locking. How with using damping winding you start motor.

      Didn't understand the first part of your question. Kindly ask again.
      About the second part that is starting of synchronous motor using damper winding here is the explanation.
      Damper windings are additional windings consisting of copper bars placed in the slots in the pole faces. The ends of the copper bars are short-circuited. These windings behave as the rotor of an induction motor. So motor starts as a induction motor and then due to the magnetic locking with rotor poles runs at synchronous speed.

      Yes, you can use permanent magnet synchronous motor as synchronous generator for Wind Turbine according to the parameters of your wind powerplant. Permanent magnets are typically used in low power, low cost synchronous generators.
      For low speed direct drive wind turbine generators the permanent magnet generator is more competitive because it can have higher pole number of 60 or more poles compared to a conventional wound rotor synchronous generator.
      Some advantages (Pros) of using a permanent magnet synchronous generator is that the excitation implementation with permanent magnets is simpler, more durable but does not allow control of excitation or reactive power.
      The one major disadvantage (Cons) of permanent magnet wind turbine
      synchronous generators is that with no control of the rotor flux, they attain their peak efficiency only at one pre-defined wind speed.

      AC induction motor is preferred over permanent magnet synchronous motor due to following reasons:
      1. As it does not have permanent magnets within it, thus cost is low.
      2. PMSM uses permanent magnet rotor which might lose its magnetism over the course of period which is not desirable.
      3. High max. speed, high range of field weakening
      4. Low current at no load and part load operation
      5. No rare earths necessary
      6. Robust design
