Ah yes, the barely developed sci-fi universe with two paragraphs of information on each faction and "I-can't-believe-it's-not Epic 40k!". I'd rather prefer a universe that has actual variety and not 3 flavors of humans (two of which are barebones sci-fi tropes of "generic human empire" and "the totally cool rebels", and the third which is literally just the Leagues of Votann but taller) and two aliens which boil down to "Literally the Borg" and "Eldar but short".

I do wonder why the PHR wanted to delay the Reconquest. One theory was that they noticed the Scourge were getting desperate and running out of host bodies and thus felt that waiting a little longer until the Scourge died off, or was reduced in number, was the better option.
TransHumanism at its most extreme ! To survive is to change. Evolution is the way of nature. Even forced evolution in the face complete devastation is sometimes necessary, but there always will be those that do not understand change or do not want/are too stubborn/are afraid to change. Great lore bit !
gotta say, i dont get why the UCM hates the PHR so much... they fled because of a warning that turned out to be true, and fought out of self-defense... and I bet they would be more amicable to the UCM if the UCM accepted them back in instead of hating them even more than the Scourge itself
That’s true but the PHR did out right attack three troop transports over Shangri-La that killed over 75,000 UCM soldiers that were sent to fight the scourge forces, and not the PHR forces that were there
Loving your DZC content! Please do more of these on the other factions and lore pieces, it's such a cool sci-fi universe but sadly not widely known
