Honestly ive been wanting to get into dropzone commander lately and these videos have helped me make my mind up on what faction to play as!

DZ & DF lore seriously needs a huge Scourge comeback. I understood that the first rulebook shows the UCM carry all before them. After all they had the initiative, surprise and, at least at first, numerical advantage. But by v1.1 we should be seeing the scourge resistance stiffen, and then in book 2 score some wins. Finally in the Earth book we should be seeing some grand scourge plan unfold to cripple the PHR, Resistance, Kalium and UCM alliance with a surprise of their own.
After all, even though they didn't know when or where the UCM would strike back, they surely knew that they would, and so preparations for counter attack should be well and truly ready by this point.
I love how the AI teacher has just excepted it's fate and submits to the will of it's students. It knows these lessons are illegal, but it teaches them anyway. Also I'm 100% sure that the void wars TV show is propaganda. The AI is worried about nightmares about mind controlled armies but stat sanctioned propaganda is perfectly OK and a healthy part of a child's up bringing. Gotta love the subtle comedy of grimdarck settings, especially when they seem more realistic every day.
