- Tatoh and Hoang are both really interesting AoE2 players and both have been very active with AoE2 DE. Hoang is known for his drush fast castle strategy and Tatoh is no stranger to it. So wild! I remember when I played AoE2 back in 2000 my sole strategy was to defend and stall until I could build a sizable army to push and raze.

Sorry for late response. But Hoang plays 110% aggressive everything else is second in his Focus you know. It is entertaining as hell but it has alot of weaknesses the super agressive playstyle

I was mucking around with a similar strat as this against the AI the other day. Obviously nowhere near as well executed as this though! Very fun and the AI doesn't cope well with it 😅
Major respect to Tatoh though. This looks incredibly hard to pull off with this level of efficiency.

This should happen. Players with identifiable strats make it more interesting and hoang is one of the few who are also at the top level.
Hoang certainly can't be one of the 8 invited players in the main event where the identities are hidden. So the only way we can have the whole guessing game is for Hoang to be invited to the qualifiers and make it to the main event which is highly unlikely given the stiff competition in the qualifiers.

I've been watching a lot of Hera's games and he's getting really good. TaToH's always been there or thereabouts in terms of top 5-10. Seems like a goo enough justification for a showmatch either way.

Vietnamese people play AOE a lot! but it is the first version of AOE! AOE DE is slowly replacing it. playing those versions gives a completely different feeling.
I wonder if he would think of going Cumans for the Feudal Siege and second TC for a better villager rush...would be interesting.
