Thank you for exercising suggestion. This is very helpful for me to decide how to manage my exercise. Love, hope your health getting better and better.
Thank you for this video! I just got diagnosed with this and I have to loose weight but was just really unsure of how to go about it. Many blessings to you and your journey.
Thanks for doing this video even i can't exercise becoz of chronic fatigue any hard work out is not possible for me Informative video totally agree with you on enjoying work outs I'm experiencing so much light sensitivity any tips on this would be welcomed 😊
Light sensitivity is a tough one. I’ve kind of done videos on it before but I think a video like this one summarizing everything is something I could do so it’s all in one place. I do have an old video talking about why I switched all my devices to dark mode if you want to check that one out.
Did they tell you to loose weight because they constantly say that and you don't look big at all, I lost 3 stone and it didn't make a difference for me
Nope. I was very overweight at the time of diagnosis. Losing weight put my IIH into remission. I went from about 187 lbs down to 133lbs. Now I kind of bounce between 133 and 135 ish or so.
I’m doing quite well. It’s up and down but a majority of the time, I can function pretty well. I’d suggest checking out my latest videos for more. I do vlogs every week and try to keep how I’m doing regularly updated.

Diamond added 50lbs and I’ve been fighting to get it off. Exercise causes me all kinds of issues.
Be safe and be well.
God bless. 🙏🙏🙏
Exercise is really hard in the worst of this condition. Take it easy and definitely start out slow.
Currently I'm 84kg. I lost about 10kg only to gain it all back. It's so frustrating :( but I'll try to work harder from now onwards
Weight loss is extremely difficult to achieve and even more difficult to maintain. You got this!
Thanks for sharing your tips. It’s difficult when you have a rare dx
Yes 💯
