if it is a tree, (im not ruling anything out considering we still don't truly know the age of our sphynx) it could be that with atmospheres with way higher stable CO2 in the atmosphere, a tree could be much wider and taller, but under the restrictions of gravity, I doubt it would be that tall. it could be a very girthy but short in retrospect tree, reaching beyond the gravitational limitation of 400 feet is possible but moisture needs to be consistently in the air, so these trees would make its own rainforest, as in there would be lots of these trees. I could see trees maybe reaching 1000-2000 feet under millions of years of a forest stabilizing its own atmosphere. Its fun to think about. Don't believe everything that "experts" hypothesize or that people believe articles over archaeologists with religious dogmatic restrictions. The world is more mysterious and bountiful than we as humans will ever give it credit for.

i mean.. it could be that with higher co2 in the atmosphere, trees could have larger capacities. I know that gravity limits trees from reaching tall heights, but rainforests create their own atmospheres, creating mists at lower heights than clouds but tall enough for trees to gather moisture at heights that goes beyond gravitational limits of water. just hypothesis.
