  • • Ingredients for 10 inch cake,
    Low protein flour 130 grams, 1:10
    Cream of tartar 2 grams(or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice), 1:10
    Bigger eggs 6, 0:30,
    Water 70 grams, 0:53
    Oil 70 grams, 0:59
    White granular sugar 100 grams, 0:30
    •Ingredients for 8 inch cake,
    Low-protein flour 80 grams, 3:29
    Cream of tartar : 1 gram(or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice), 3:38
    Smaller eggs 4, 3:12
    Water 50 grams, 3:22
    Oil 50 grams, 3:17
    White granular sugar 60 grams, 3:35
    • Ingredients for 6 inch cake,
    Low-protein flour 40 grams, 4:12
    Cream of tartar 1 gram(or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice), 4:22
    Bigger eggs 2,
    Water 20 grams, 4:03
    Oil 20 grams, 4:07
    White granular sugar 30 grams, 4:19
    • Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 130 degrees, bake it for about 35 mins in bottom layer of oven. Then change the upper heat to 140 degrees and bake it for another 10 mins. If we can't change the temperature separetely, for the final 10 mins we need to change the upper heat and bottom heat to 140 degrees.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
