The hole from John's dreams in his backyard, the centipede demon's secret death animation, and looking through the neighbors windows really shocked me. I didn't know anything that violent was in the game, and I have 26 hours in this game.

@@petelectron More or less... here's how to get the endings in chapter 3: 1) good ending: defeat the 3 secret bosses and Lisa MUST survive; 2) normal ending: just defeat Gary without defeating the secret bosses, whether Lisa dies or not is irrelevant; 3) bad ending: go back home instead of facing Gary

John will say he doesn’t know if he has the strength, and Garcia will point his gun at him and say “I wasn’t asking, get in the car”.

Yeah, it's a Horror. The note you read that causes it to appear confirms that Faith and Dusk take place in the same universe (and in episode 2 you can find graffiti of the Dusk symbol in one of the rooms of the Candy Tunnel).
