    Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This guided yoga nidra includes a spinal cord visualization for each vertebra of the spine to optimize spinal health and reduce back pain. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.
    In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 27 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation for stress relief. This 30min yoga nidra script lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga that is perfect for stress management. Lay down, relax, rest and meditate all at the same time!
    This 30 minute yoga nidra with natural gentle rainforest sounds aids in deep relaxation through the effortless guided meditation of nidra (sleep). When listening to the soft bird song and crickets, let yourself relax and be guided into a deep state of effortless meditation.     I don’t know where this little yoga Nidra rest spot has been hiding from me! I have multiple spinal injuries from the past and love your yoga Nidra practices you put out. But have recently fallen in the creek. Sometimes my four-year-old brain takes over and my 71 year old body can’t keep up! This has been a godsend for me today my little dear!! Thank you so much for all you share! I am going to do this practice daily for a while and see if it doesn’t help rejuvenate my old spine!!🙏🏼💕🙏🏼

    1415 practice, v restorative. my posture has been v slumped n this was a golden stretch out. Lovely sense of pulsation across scalp. Restless leg started to play up but was able to sit with it and it dissipated. Thank you

    Thank you, Ally. Very interesting how I could clearly feel some parts of my spine and others really not. I’ll revisit this nidra to further explore and see what this does for the wellbeing of my back and spine. When breathing out through the spine it was like a rainbow shooting out of me in all directions. Loved it!

    Hello Allie my therapist recommended your videos. I'm going to do this one that I'm commenting on however I'm wondering if there's one where you really get into the muscles under the skull the neck the shoulders. The ones that I have done with my therapist and the ones on my own no joke I can't seem to relax any part until you actually say it. So if there is one that I have not found yet that focuses quite a bit on the jaw the neck the shoulders tension all in those places please let me know and if there is not one in detail like you do with the eyes and the tongue and the teeth and all that can you please do one.     I was just thinking iv not seen any new yoga nindra from.all
    Am just struggling with anxiety depression
    Iv got shingles again
    Iv had them 15years
    And M.E.
    am so tired because iv cryed for days and I live alone
    Though I have a carer come in twice daily .
    I just really want to give up
    Well I just want to end the suffering I feel. I wish someone could come get me
    I'd love to live in a house filled with love and laughter.
    I bought hug rings to do some random kindness but am to worn out .
    I listen to tara brach
    Befriend and attend
    Loving what is.
    Iv had anxiety all my life .
