I bought my Model S in January 2021 and it arrived in April. I have had no problems that were unsolvable. While from time to time getting in touch with live people at EBC was a challenge, I have had excellent support. This bike remains the best thing I’ve bought in over 60 years. I encourage customers to be patient, but I encourage Sean to make sure he has enough people to take care of us customers. I agree: it is worth the wait.

My model C is 4 years old. I'm OCD and take very good care of it, I have not had any problems. Definitely Great Value, Support and Made in the USA.
