It's week three of 30 days of only fruit! I recap week 2, sharing my thoughts, feelings, and insights into this journey, including my experiences with introducing GI Renew. I also talk about the mental struggles of dealing with only eating fruit and how I cope with getting bored of only fruit.
Additionally, I discuss the challenges of reintroducing acid-forming cooked foods after two weeks of only fruit, and how my body reacts to this change. We explore the ups and downs of this journey, including the physical and mental changes that I am experiencing.
