I need to apply here!! I work in sidewalls in my current job now and It is nothing like this. We don’t have those type of machines to pick up heavy loads of 2x4 or 2x6 studs, if someone knows how to apply please let me know.
We are empty nester's now so we sold our 4000+ Sqft Castle and downsized to a approximately 1500 Sqft Clayton Home. We didn't buy the up scaled model but rather opted for a mid priced unit. I knew that I was going to be changing some things so less expensive mortgage was our plan. So we've been in ours about a year now. I've ripped out the Sink, Fridge and stove. Installed upgraded Stainless Kitchen stuff. So Kitchen is much nicer now. Cabinets and countertops are next. As well as Hardwood flooring and better Carpet in the Bedrooms. Next month a 450 Sqft Sunroom is being added. That will have a cast Iron woodstove/fireplace. All Glass walls. Actually it will have 8 sets of 6ft Sliding doors so we can open the room up on nice days. With that said the Mortgage on this place and the 2 acres of beautiful land is less than my Truck payment! (Ram 2500) And I didn't put a down payment on it either. Also the Electricity bill is less than $100 a month. Not too bad. There were little things Clayton came to fix but wasn't too bad. They jumped on the issues and fixed them pretty quick.

Mine was completed about a month ago. We walked through it a few weeks back, and were very impressed at how well our new home was built. You wouldn’t know you’re not walking through a site built home. Cannot wait to get it on our land.
Joseph - We're sorry you feel that way. We have plenty of information on the materials that go into the homes we build for customers and open doors to a better life here: ms.spr.ly/6053TTEml
Those 2x2 rafters sure look dependable until the year warranty runs out
I use to work for this company best company I ever worked for
Why do manufactured homes always have floor heating? Surely there is room in the attic to put in ducting.
Alot of them dont have attics or have hella small ones I'm a wall builder in oregon so I dont know shit about heating lol just guessing

Is this the plant in White Pine? I just started there today and it looks like it.
What is the wind rating for your homes?
Thanks for reaching out, here's some information that might be helpful: ms.spr.ly/6057TKgn9
You may engineer the floor, but it is not an Engineered floor system Those would be manufactured floor joists like Trussjoist or floor trusses!
Do you sell sing)e wide trailors?
Hey Cindy - we sure do! You can see available models and check out locations near you on our website!
I hope that brown roofing paper isn’t used any longer. It has almost no longevity. Ask me how I know.
