I use the same stuff on my thread quarter. Foam material with the Gray. And what a big difference does it make you going to regular? Said and it gets real hot with the 3/4 material that you guys uspell. The UK Zeus cuz it down by 20%. It's great.

I’ve worked for a similar company like this it’s built in a L shape the frame a decking are being built then walls slide in and bolted too the deck then the roof gets put on then home moves forward down the line where interior work gets done exterior work gets down then out the door.

Our air exchange rate is already so low because of our means of construction that we already achieve excellent energy efficiency and due to the VOC content of the foam insulation we are unable to use it in our factory.
We don't have any builders in Florida unfortunately. Our builders are in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Southern Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
The state building inspectors inspect the homes at rough in to look at the mechanical and again at the finish end. We have our quality assurance people as well.
Why the heck its there still discriminating against mobil / manufactured.why? .I personally work in Gillette Wyoming.installing your products in a large subdivisions .we had consistent. Zero Punch lists Zero. Banks, Clients. And base property owner no complaints. No stick built makes that many people on close. This is why I can't get over the banks double talk ,about stick versus. Mobile/ Manufactured
Hi Leslie, Our System Built Modular Homes are actually built to the same I.R.C. (International Residential Code) specifications that stick built or site built homes are set to! Mobile or Manufactured homes are built on a steel frame and built to lower standards and building codes. For these reasons, they are less costly and a great way for many Americans to afford their own homes, but they are much different than what we offer here at Heritage! :) This is something that is often misunderstood when people hear Modular.

can you add a port for out side wood air heat or a water heat
Yes! Our homes are fully customizable.
