I’d be ecstatic if Motive remade DS2 and gave it the same treatment as this game, but tbh I’m REALLY interested to see them take a swing at an entirely new dead space game 👀 they clearly have the talent for it
Where there is a footprint on the floor use the stomp feature, where there is a handprint, use the melee. It’s a circle so you have to go around in the circle and land each attack on the print on the floor. Took me about 6 tries to get it. As soon as you get it the note will pop up
Your way finder and HUD text becomes marker language at certain points in the game. And you get a special stasis module after finishing one of the side quests.
When you stomp on corpse all rig is covered with blood except…boots 🤦♂️ Why ??? Because TPP camera is just above knees ? ;) Btw Dead Space is my Top 10 games of all time for sure
Anyone else’s game SUPER blurry and have horrible character textures on the series x? I’m enjoying the game but kinda disappointed with how it looks for £70 tbh..

when u eject the empty cartridge after reloading in 0 gravity cartridge would float, those small details makes immersion so much better

Use the flamethrower on the valor twitch necro. Sets off the status field immediately every time.
Nice tip, going through my impossible run now so I'll make use of it. You can also use Force gun for the same effect. More expensive though.

Wearing that suit with horns and Isaac’s head is also removed when he takes off the helmet is absolutely brilliant :)

The military suit you get for beating the game makes Isaac look like garrus from mass effect.
Using melee to open doors instead of shooting isn't a detail or hidden feature ffs.

one of the combinations for that breakroom dial will get you an audio log that has a dead space themed version of the sea shanty 'the wellerman'.
Also, standing close to the Marker while a Necromorph is around gives enemies a red glow.
That’s a lot of hidden stuff and secrets I’ll have to try and remember. Trying to remember where these rooms are will be tricky. Thank you for google.
