I would have to finish the basement cuz I would be turning those two bedrooms on the main floor into a master suite❗️The loft into a couple bedrooms with the half-bath left the same as well as the main floor full bath and that’s the shower for those two rooms❗️Then the basement I would do similar to what was shown, but I would add a way to access the outside from the theater room, and having a nice concrete patio and I would stain and gloss it like you see in barndominiums❗️Actually I hope to see you in some of those too in the future, cuz this type of home or the Barndo’s are what I’m most interested in❗️Well WOW I guess today I am making up for never responding on your videos‼️Lol 😁. Hi Tim, Jan,and boys. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I love log homes. Love the porch. This is a showy home. Love the layout. Love all the big windows. The fireplace is beautiful. This home is furnished beautifully. Love the kitchen layout gorgeous! I love how open it is. Nice size laundry room. The bathrooms are really nice. Love the master bedroom is great. Love the master bathroom. Other bedrooms are really nice. The loft is I’d make into tv game room. That way with company the kids could be up there playing and watching tv. I’d have a Murphy bed for xtra bed.

I wouldn't mind facing the fireplace, but it does matter if I can hook up a TV above it and if I own the home it'll probably be on lakefront property facing the lake.
I can see the front LR, DR area all decked out for Christmas? That screams a 18" live tree on either side of the fireplace. Garland everywhere especially all the stairwells? I would do shotgun black appliances, black too dark, chrome does not make kitchen have the wow factor? But nice home Timothy and nice price. Thanks for the tour.
Love those lighting fixtures too! I would have a smaller dining setup and a cozy grouping around that FP. Not crazy about any of the bathrooms, like the laundry room.
I absolutely really love this home! I like the way that the heating ducts are on the ceiling. I think there should be 1 sliding glass door which would be off the dining area. I absolutely really love that wrap around porch. I would face the sofa to the chimney & have a TV mounted above the chimney. I would put a half bath on the main room. I would switch up the laundry room & the bath & put a door off the laundry room & make that full bath into a half bath. I would extend the master bedroom a little bit & put a double vanity as well as a tub. Keep the shower however. I would either turn the smaller room into a nursery or library. In the loft area, I would have a full bath with a shower/tub combo. I probably have 2 full bedrooms 1 for the girls & 1 for the boys. In the basement area, I would turn that into an apartment with its own entrance. I love that island in the kitchen with the open shelves there. You could put your cookbooks in that space. Maybe, I would keep the living room as is & eliminate that shelf & put my TV on that wall. I would put a sectional in the living area.
This is beautiful but have you ever come across similar cabin modular homes in the north Georgia Mountains, seems to be hard to find any type of Modular’s ..thank you
Beautiful home! I would lose the kitchen island, make it smaller or reposition it. That way the dining table could be turned the other direction and a couch could face the fireplace. I would want the basement and to have it finished. I'd keep the open space down there as the media area and just have a television there so the focus upstairs would be on a terrific view and the outdoors. I'd have a large deck with a fire pit or a brick oven off the glass slider. I think a full bathroom in the loft would be good--and a bigger vanity if it's going to be a guest area. One thing that bugged me was that the basement bedroom seemed like it was wedge shaped when it didn't need to be. I also think I might daylight basement the structure and have a separate entrance into the basement.
the master bedroom being across the hall from the regular bathroom the master bathroom isnt needed,the basement you could turn into an apt. where the floating shelves are at you could put another enterance where the linen pantry is you could put a washer/dryer there,but loose the loft keep the basement,the furniture is gorgouse

hate the way the fireplace's done. make it either flat with the floor or high enough to be a seat. the way it is there's the perfect height to not notice on occassion and, therefore, to bash your shins against.

right, always thought modular homes were supposed to be cheaper but better quality per say. gone are the days of that. my parents built an amazing modular home on 60 acres in 04 here in norther Wisconsin and it was just under 160k, for everything, walkout basement, plumbing, installation, land, well and mound system.

I really do like this except the full bath on the 1st floor right across from the master bed & bath I think should've been a half bath & the half bath upstairs in the loft area should have the full bath but that's just imo.
This we really like, especially the basement level, can the basement level, have its own external entrance? Along with could both staircase to the loft and basement, have Stairlift's fitted? As well as the external deck area area, have a wheelchair ramp access provided too? With Solar Electric Panels and Solar Hot Water Panels fitted, with rechargeable Domestic Battery Energy pack and Solar Hot Water tank installed too? Lastly will the makers, export to the UK too? .....That's A LOT of Wood, for furniture, when there's so much of it ,with tge interior. Needs different counter stools, and dining furniture... too much. The Feng Shui is bad, with the staircase right in front of the door, there is so much room,to put the configuration differently, with a few steps at the bottom, then small landing , then the remainder of the staircase. I'm curious as to why there isn't a full bath , in that upstairs, makes no sense. Who came up with painting the walls those crazy colours .... not a good look.
Nice place, just not my cup of tea. The fireplace situation, just not thought out well in the design. To me this is more a vacation home, not a primary home.
I'd love to have the main floor only with no upstairs. Again - get rid of ALL the wired shelving - it does not hold up to the weight it would be used for.

The bathrooms are not plush enough they're small there's no shower and separate bathtub to soak in none of that
