  • Get the Highest Quality Electrolyte euvexia.com . Heart palpitations After Eating. Carlos had a racing Heart along with GERD / Heartburn after eating. Testimonial with Holistic Doctor in Cumming GA. He had heart palpitations so bad that his heart scared him so much to go to the emergency room. Now with natural treatment, Dr Ekberg, a chiropractor and holistic Nutrition Response Testing Doctor the patient's heart has not been racing nor has he had any feelings of heart palpitations. Dr Ekberg's chiropractic and nutrition office is located in Forsyth County in Cumming, GA. Palpitations of the heart are a sensation or awareness of your heart beating. They may feel like your heart is racing, thumping or skipping beats.
    We recently had a patient who came to see us with this condition after having been to the emergency room twice with no help whatsoever. After using Nutrition Response Testing to identify some specific homeopathic and nutritional supplements to undo some autonomic nervous system dysregulation along with a change of diet, he has had no recurrences after his first visit. This condition can be devastating for many people since other activities besides eating such as exercising also can create a racing heart rate and palpitations.

      Magnesium gluconate supplement helped me a lot, one hour before I take calcium and vitamin C to help absorb the magnesium. I take it once in the morning and once at night. Magnesium 30mg which means 500mg, calcium about 200mg or a bit more, I have 400mg calcium tablets and what I do is split it in half, and vitamin C 500mg so that I can take it twice a day. If it happens after eating that type of magnesium can be taken on an empty stomach, so can the vitamin C, and calcium., Try to eat an hour later because if you take it with food, it’s going to slow down the absorption a lot. This combination stopped my palpitations in its tracks, it still continued to try and start up, but this kept it under control, but if you lay down, the palpitations will subside and I’d recommend just laying down for about an hour until it passes if you’re having an episode. Minimize salt as well. I really hope this helps. Good luck with everything.

    Man you’re right down the road from me. I’m in Dallas Ga. Okay so gonna try to make this short and sweet. About 6 years ago I got some heart palps that were more like tacacardia. Ate a meal and then played a show with my band. Bent down to pick something up and my heart shot through the roof pounding super fast. Forward a few years later after dealing with that several more times, I started noticing everything I would eat would give me palpitations which actually ended up throwing me into afib. Spent 3 days in the ER running a ton of tests and they found nothing. I’ve gone into afib a few times sense then but 95 percent of the time I’m not in it…. Though this my problem and it’s getting worse.. every time I eat (anything) my heart rate picks up and starts getting higher and higher. My chest and body feels constricted like sluggish. Like my blood turns to mud and can’t get through my body fast enough. Been on a journey trying to figure out what’s going on.. Just found out I have Candida but no idea if that’s what’s wrong. My heart has been checked out at Emory and they have said my heart is strong… don’t know what to do but man it’s hard living life this way. Anytime I bring this up people are like yea man I have no idea. Even Dr. Have you ever heard of this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      I don't have it as bad as you but I do have a strong pounding after a good meal like dinner. I check my blood pressure ( I tend to have low blood pressure) and it's even lower, but my heart rate is higher than usual, crazy. All I've seen is:
      . After food the heart needs to pump more blood than usual for the digestive system.
      . Hypoglycemia occurs in some people which also makes the heart pump faster since blood is low on sugar.
      . Thyroid problems could also be part of it.
      . Usually happens when eating Diets High in hardcore carbs ( flour, corn, etc)
      . Low in electrolytes and or vitamins. Like lack of potassium or magnesium or vitamins D etc.
      Usually a regular doctor doesn't pay attention to diet su we have to do our own research...

      Hey, I understand what you're going through. I've experienced similar issues, especially after overeating or consuming spicy foods. I've had a few Afib episodes over the last few years, with the last one triggered after a running activity post a heavy meal. Have you looked into the possibility of a hiatus hernia? It could be a probable cause, as it was for me. Also, consider trying magnesium taurate; it might help. Hang in there, and best of luck in finding relief.

    This happens to me even after the smallest of meals. I dont really get heartburn. My heart just pounds and the center of my chest feels like its being crushed. Ive been dealing heart issues for 3 years and just recently was diagnosec with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) There seems to be more to it though. The faster my heart goes the more my left arm and Jaw hurt. These sound like heart disease symptoms which to be honest I wouldnt know if I did. Ive never had a heart CT... if you’re still suffering, get a stomach x ray 9/10 it’s acid reflux,GERD or some stomach issue. the stomach is linked to your heart. if your heart was bad or unhealthy much more then just a racing heart would happen. if your still worried get a EKG/echo(testing of the heart) that’ll tell you it’s not your heart causing the issues. the result of your heart racing fast makes you anxious which makes the heart beat faster as well. ❤

If you try to look this up (for whatever reasons) it’s not widely known. If ever you have a bad day out of left field, count backwards 10 days. Were you in a car accident, stay up all night at a party? For any stresser good or bad your body used hormones … to survive the attack. Like the fear of going to the ER. There’s a payback. On a different front if there’s a baseball game where they jump up and down and spray champagne…. 10 day’s later there’s a good chance they’ll lose.

    Recently Ive been getting palpitations after eating, I thought maybe my kidneys were the reason seeing as I tried the carnivore diet which has too much protein and fat, did it for 3 days but couldnt stand the palpitations and sicky feeling, then switched to McDougal vegan diet and still get it after eating but I just realized Ive been reducing PPI medication (omeprazole and only take about 10mg or less when I used to take 20mg for decades, my Paxil (SSRI) dose, just realized it could be relfux that gives palpitation, Ive read about it but never had it. The worry I have when it come to kidneys is that the McDougal diet is high in Potassium, from what Ive read your kidneys need electrolytes like potassium/phos etc or else you can get palpitations BUT if you have kidney disease then you need to cut protein and potassium/phos etc,. I don't understand whats going on.

    • @drekberg
      @drekberg  5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Just know that if you "needed" omeprazole and paxil in the first place, there was already some lack of function. The body tries to cope but can't quite resolve it. When you make drastic changes to your diet, the body gets overwhelmed and confused. The solution is to find a balanced diet for the long run, which in my opinion means, low carb, moderate protein, plus enough fat to feel satisfied. The key though is it all needs to be REAL WHOLE food. Not man made, processed, altered, depleted, chemical laden etc.
      Sometimes if there is significant degeneration, which is unfortunately almost the norm today regardless of age, the body might need some specific assistance. In our office we use Nutrition Response Testing to get to the source of the problem.

      @@shaberrybenson8696 I left that comment a year ago and I’m not so sure what was causing them now. I was low on potassium and am now on a prescribed potassium and that’s eliminated most. I would definitely check your potassium level. You might also try having an electrolyte drink like Nuun each day and see if that helps you at all.

      We are in North Metro Atlanta, but call (866) 418-4801 to find the closest Nutrition Response Testing doctor near you. I believe Florida has the most doctors per state. I would call the number instead of doing a google search because there are a lot of websites out there that say they are a Nutrition Response Testing doctor, but they only took a 1 day intro class. My training took about 2 years, and I continuely take more classes. Tell them I referred you. I don't get anything, it is just nice for them to know how you found out about them.

    What did he do to cure himself apart from chiropractic manipulation?

    • @drekberg
      @drekberg  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Specific nutrients, herbs and homeopathics to assist the body in handling metal and chemical toxicity, improve digestion etc, as determined by Nutrition Response Testing. Chiropractic improves the "signaling state" of the body but does not necessarily improve the underlying conditions that contributed to the problem in the first place.

    • @SciSciToys
      @SciSciToys 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@drekberg Thankyou for your reply. I see, I don't understand what Nutrition response testing might be? I'm intolerant to Gluten, Dairy, certain beans, Corn and even probiotics cause they are histamine stimulating, I did find one probiotic that does cause this response, the response to Gluten etc would be sneezing my brains out for a day or two, dairy gives me mucus in the morning after eating cheese etc.
      I have gallbladder polyps which concerns me the most and did find one possible solution in shrinking them, bloodroot/dandelion/milk thistle/artichoke/barberry and GB flushes, I have also fatty liver and so those herbs may also help. I also take NAC, ALA, VitC, B complex, selenium, veggie digestive enzyme, papain, bromelain, pancreatic enzyme, cod live oil capsule, omega 3 capsule, magnesium in malic acid, B12/B6 sublingual seeing as I probably not absorbing all the supplement in the low stomach acid.
      I tried the carnivore diet seeing as I read some cured themselves from arthritis/depression (peterson's daughter) and yet others used a raw food diet (Paddison Clint) and other say that a no oil/salt/fat high starch vegan diet heals arthritis/depression etc (Mcdougal) - its so confusing cause all have their legion of followers and success stories and back up their claims with scientific studies, Fat is good and keto diet heals, no no carbs heal and fat is the villain, no no ... just eat ribeye steaks and water and you will be cured ... so confusing, the trouble is they are all restricting one macro and hard to keep up, as you say a more balanced approach, one that is sustainable would be best.
      To detox from metals I use seaweed and often have coriander and chlorella, broccoli sprouts, spirulina and parsley as a disgusting green juice to drink, I did coffee enemas for 11yrs daily and stopped recently, seeing as I was getting palpitations and worried I may be exhausting my adrenals, have to stop drinking teas though, I have cut down on them. And need to lose weight, started walking/jogging recently also.
      I may go and see a chiropractor here in London to see if would help me come off omeprazole, i.e. pull that hernia down as well as my own self adjustment or pulling down massage daily.

      @@SciSciToys I agree it is very frustrating. There is anecdotal evidence for everything out there because everything works for some people but nothing works for all people. That is why we have to keep doing trial and error but we have to combine it with an understanding of how the body works. We have to look to nature to understand how DNA and physiology work and what human bodies require. What has been working for 10s of thousands of years. That is what my channel is about.
      Nutrition Response Testing is a protocol and a technology to find out specifically what is interfering with the healing process. The body is programmed for health not diseases. If it is not working there is something missing or something interfering. Nutrition Response Testing is the best method I have ever come across to find out what is interfering or missing. This Monday I am releasing a video interview with the founder of Nutrition Response Testing.

      @@drekberg Okay I'll check out your new video when it comes out. The thing is with GB polyps I have to make sure they dont start growing and so I figured a vegan type diet or med as opposed to carnivore diet or SAD diet would be best, fasting for 20 or so hrs daily and then breaking the fast with fruit/veggies that help to induce apoptosis, the thing is Sirt1 seem to be great for health, slow aging, help you lose weight and yet appear to be an Oncogene - autophagy helps you to clean up your old junk and yet autophagy is also use by cancer cells too.
      The worst confusion I have and I wonder if you can help me to understand this, is this - IGF1/HGH surges via eating soy protein powder/dairy/meat/animal protein is linked to increased cancer risk and yet surges in IGF1/HGH via exercise and fasting doesn't? How can growth hormones be dangerous if they are switched on via diet and yet healthy if they are switched on via hormetic stimulus? This is probably a dumb question but I just don't know, Ive searched but couldn't find the answer.

    • @drekberg
      @drekberg  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SciSciToys . I think the trick is to go with nature. I don't think HGH can be harmful at all, unless injected. If the body is allowed to manage the production, I don't believe you can go wrong, whether it is induced by diet or exercise.
      There is a lot of confusing research out there. For every study saying one thing there is another saying the opposite. That is because the people performing the research are just people and they tend to find what they're looking for. Nearly 100% of research is published when it is favorable to the study hypothesis, and only about 10% is published when it is unfavorable. Very often people are too quick to interpret a certain finding even they don't have the long term context or experience to understand the bigger picture.
      Concerning autophagy, it is a mechanism used by the body to clean up junk like cancer cells. I have not seen where cancer cells would "use" it.

    • @drekberg

      Because there is an imbalance in the body and the drugs blocked the body's response to the imbalance. Soon as you get off the medication the body will attempt to compensate for the imbalance. The only way to solve it long term is to handle the imbalance. In our office we use Nutrition Response Testing.
