Only thing that caught me fish on my last outing was the ned rig. I need to bring out the swimbait setup and throw that around more, I feel like with the temps getting cooler it would be a good idea. Just need to find a smaller reel to go on the rod, the lew's super duty 300 is just too big.
The pond by that lake is really good. I catch loads of dinks out of it but some big ones too. If you see a fish swimming around with a white chatterbait with an upside down rigged crush city freeloader make sure to tell me.
Love that komodo reel. I have one in the 400 size, and use it for saltwater to catch...Calico Bass in the Pacific Ocean. Beautiful fish and they put up a good fight too. That is a great combo. Perfect for the Chad Shad you were throwing. Thanks Debo! 🦃
I just caught a 18 pound striper on a madraft freestyle last week, that fish was a freak. Thanks for the video Debo swimbaits have their time and place, just have to keep fishing em and wait for that bite.
I use a shimano slx mh swimbait rod with a citica 200 reel. I plan on upgrading to a newer daiwa tatula hd or elite 200 or a shimano curado 200. Dont need anything bigger than a 200 for most swimbaitsax long as you dont go really big and heavier than maybe 4 oz. I mosty thrpw 1oz to 3oz though.

Nice carp😂😅 just too big for the net! Lol swimbaits are my favorite bait currently. Though this week its been rattletrap popping of the bottom... Getting it done for me. I really want to catch fish on those damn larger glidebaits too.🙄
