One of my favorite moments in history is when Lithuania was blocked access to the Baltic Sea, so they just conquered their way to the Black instead for lolz

Was playing EUIV while watching this on the other screen. When I heard the sound effect of you being declared war on, my thought process immediately went to "WHO DARES TO DECLARE WAR UPON ME?!"

This part is not railroaded. In my Poland game, Kazimierz got an heir and the Piast dynasty remained in power.
It's pretty much railroaded. He gets -99% heir chance, but It still can happen, or if you have marriages with other Piast countries you can still get a Piast heir.

Is it more difficult to play with MEIOU and Taxes?
Because it seems to that you have with Persia some problems with the Mod.
Could you build with this Mod some Empires in other Projects?
Will you play in the future just with this Mod?

It is more difficult. The thing that annoys me the most (which is why i am not playing it) is that there is a lot of stuff that has to be read or checked via decisions and so on, since it can't be integrated into the game.
this mod makes development of your nation more usefull then conqurest of other nations
The mod is super complex and involves many moving parts. Development is way more important (now it's population) its way harder to conquer things, estates are integrated deeply in the mod and the time periods are more Dynamic than vanilla.
Cannot wait for the Grand Campaign to kick off!

I just realized, Stanislaw the 1st would be a controversial yet we'll admired king of Poland, having being the one whom brought Lithuania- a former Ally - into the fold through war, and the one whom declared war on Hungary , a country he fought a war to make have it's Independence. Probably a really interesting chapter in history class of this world.

I would love to see you play as one of the Mongol hordes in this mod and recreate the Mongol empire and maybe a bit more.

Unfortunately I can only make timelapses in EU4 because of the timeline feature :/

Dovska Would you ever play extended timeline?
Probably not, I don't really like the extended timeline mod that much to be honest
The problem with extended timeline is that most of the features of EU4 are irrelevant in the earliest starts, and late game is a clusterfuck. I played as Mexico with my friend playing USA in multiplayer. Half of the time you're trying to close pop-ups like "x country joined the EU" and this and that to the point where it's just a chore. The mod is in great detail with plenty of unique ideas for factions all the way from Goths and Dacia up to China and USA, but the core mechanics of Europa Universalis aren't meant for such time periods. CK fits the early periods better, and HOI fits the latter ones.
Amazing time-lapse, I love how much detail there is in the MEIOU and Taxes playthroughs! Do you know of any good tutorials for this mod? I'm having lots of trouble doing well and the closest thing I could find was the video diaries from the developer which isn't really a tutorial.
Reman's Paradox posted a somewhat introduction of sorts that has a guide to most of the basics. Most of the learning comes from experience anyway.

I haven't played MEIOU and Taxes but it it looked like you got pretty decent rulers pretty consistently. Is that because of the mod or are you just so good that the game doesn't even try to give you bad rulers.
That is mostly because I disinherited the really bad heirs. The Rights of Man dlc does wonders for ones monarch points :P
