Now it won't be easy & the odds are against you. but that doesn't mean you can't or you won't. Always be real with yourself. Be aware of your be aware of yourself understand your strength & your weaknesses understand that and its significance of each. In my utmost humble opinion.
“ Never kindle the wrath of an kind and gentle man”
    -Chinese proverb.
“ An angry mind is an clouded mind, a calm mind is an dangerous mind”
    He defines the phrase
” Economy of motion, conservation of energy” His ability to stay calm, collected, calculated, supported with the technical proficiency and sublime mastery of his structure/ frame/ limbs paired with impeccable timing and adaptive-ness, gained through decades of the willingness to persevere and gain/obtain and absorb the experience only the grind of blood, sweat, tears gives oneself, and thus the results are made visible for everyone willing to acknowledge and see greatness in the making.
And even more astounding, is that he does this quite effortlessly against world champions, people that would end any normal man, and many of them years younger than him..
Truly an honor and inspiration to be able to observe and see what one might dare to aspire towards, even if never reached, still, an worthy goal to pursue nonetheless.
Appreciations for sharing and enabling us all to aspire to reach heights of mountains that many do not realize exist.
    Fellow martial artist.

Lmao I love those explosive knees to the ropes. Shit cracks me up because you know the ones that landed fucking hurt then he goes right into being playful. The amount of control of not only his power and technique to the control of his emotions shows that he is a true champion and any fighter should aim to have a similar character in and out of the ring. I think it is because of his persona that he is able to be so in control when he fights.
