I’m trying to figure it out, what makes Saenchai so good? His timing seems to be damn near perfect
Try to watch the fight on 0.25x speed. I'll notice that he quicky fakes 1 to 2 moves before really striking, making his moves very unpredictable to the opponent. He's also testing reflex response and finding where the opponent opens guard during the faking. He lost to Bwakaw because Bwakaw does the same, sometimes with even more fakes (2-3) before striking with full power
Senchai is the better fighter, so skilled and experienced, but from year to year he will loose more and more condition and speed. Buakaw will follow him.
The kick to Saenchai face didnt connect. See, if you walk away you also do return walk. That how arm slower than leg and still work block. Adaptive Aftershock blocking.

This was less of a fight, than a casual, almost playful dismantlement of the opponent by Saenchai. It looked more like the sparring he does with his students in the gym, where whatever they try to do, he just catches them and throws them down or slaps them around like they were rag dolls, showing an exponential level of superiority.
He is fighting a low level fighter. He should be rich and resting by now. A Shame.
