@@Les_lee , if the company has a rule that she is not to disclose salaries, and she does, she can be fired.
That's like saying they have a rule that she has to wear blue, and she decides to wear red and they fire her. They can fire her for no reason at all, if its a right to work state. They just can't fire her for an illegal reason like, religion, sexual orientation etc etc. It's their business, they can make the rules if you want to be employed by them. An office manager disclosing other people salaries should be fired. I had jobs where we couldn't tell each other what we were making because it caused problems. Again, that's up to the employers.
Now if you have a union, different story altogether. I would never set up a company where there is a union telling me how to run my company and my money....

It's not "illegal" it's immoral and unprofessional. And ppl get fired all the time for being unprofessional in the workplace. Girl had no business disclosing other ppls pay and causing issues at work. She could've very well given other personal information in employee files to ppl as well and this is just so unprofessional and wrong. Anyone would get fired for that. And if it happened to you you would want that person fired too. Girl would have no reason to sue the company and if she tried she lose. Everyone stop looking for a payday when you can't be professional and do your job adequately.

Due to bad circumstances I have gone through I have felt like a victim as well, but there comes a time when you have to look up, forgive, and take responsibility for your actions. My sister still has not learned that. If you do not learn how to move on you will continue to be nothing but a victim even when you could be something better.

People that continuously try to remind people that they're Christians, well they are sinners and Liars that's why they keep going to church for forgiveness.
They purposely make a mistake or do something wrong and say God will forgive them.....
Their thinking process with this is just so wrong on so many different levels!!!✔✔
There's this man who preaches 24/7 to people to read the Bible and he teaches Sunday School.
    He molested his adopted daughters.
He said it's okay because God forgives him.
    Some people misinterpret the Bible!

A lot of them do a lot of horrible things and in the back of their mind they have it programmed
"that's okay, God will forgive me"
My uncle is passed away now but he had a strong belief in God and preached to everybody 24/7, taught Sunday school, carried the Bible....
And he sexually molested his adopted children.
He called me too explain his sins.
It made me sick what he was saying & I had to stop him.
In closing he stated "God has forgiven me"
And he proceeded to sexually abuse kids some more.
Most just live by the theory that God will forgive them and they I think it's an 'okay' ticket to deliberately do something wrong....

Uh, everyone is a sinner, and Christ died on the cross to atone for our sins, because there is nothing people can do on their own to atone for our sin nature. We will always fall down, so we need grace. God will forgive you, but you must do these three thing: repent and acknowledge your transgression, turn away from continuing the transgression, and finally, reparations (repay or fix the damage you caused). Hopefully, this will help you understand about Christian process. They don’t “keep going to church” for forgiveness; church is fellowship, worship and praise and Bible education. Where there are two or more gathered in The Lord’s name is church, and grace is obtained through Christ. I am not telling you to be a Christian. That’s your personal choice, but just trying to clear up what appears to be some misconceptions you have. Peace and joy beyond all understanding.

And more willing than the ear,
    Fine counsel is confusing,
    But example's always clear;
And the best of all preachers
Are the men who live their creeds,
For to see good put in action
    Is what everybody needs.
I soon can learn to do it
    If you'll let me see it done;
I can watch your hands in action,
But your tongue too fast may run.
    And the lecture you deliver
May be very wise and true,

11:41 he lied or he lie earlier. He absolutely said he needed to not come in because he had to work somewhere he would actually get paid. Plus he lied stating he started working for this guy because he cares about him. He’s a Christian and money don’t mean everything. Yet he’s in court for money, 2 he lied that’s not honorable to God.

right? Very sad on every level.😞 He contradicted himself constantly, embarrassed himself especially his family and while he probably drives everyone around him - work and extended family - bonkers! Lazy, boastful, entitled, compulsive truth stretcher...*NOT* what a true Believer should demonstrate. 😞

What does being a Christian have to do with anything? Bringing that up repeatedly as well as the PTSD was nothing but a cop out. People who use that to fall back on are not to be trusted.

This plaintiff gives scammer vibes. I can tell he likes to give a sob story about his life to everyone who makes the mistake of paying attention to him. What does your religion have to do with anything? What does your PTSD have to do with anything (since you're clearly able to work)? I'd be really surprised if that VA claim gets approved.

This situation was bound to happen because the plaintiff was slack in his attitude to the job. (I had to do errands for the family) and in turn the boss treated him the same. In fact the reason you want/need your wages is irrelevant , in fact you can get your money and tear it up if you want but the sharing of family business (I got to pay my light bill) is stupid. In the end I didn't care.

"Combat veteran" with PTSD 🤔 I've actually met some real legitimate "Combat veterans" with serious PTSD who have been in life and death situations where they've been shot at, had people die in their arms literally and I've met Combat veterans who heard a single gunshot from a quarter mile away once🤷 The plaintiffs the type that gives me vibes of guy who exaggerates tremendously 🎯

  • @alysiavelez9650

I gotta be honest that plaintiff reminded me of an ex. What I just saw was a glimpse of what I would have been through if I stayed with him. Not knocking PTSD or any other mental dysfunction but both sides were suspect from the get-go (how you runa business with not buffer money to pay your employees; how you made $3,000 a week and still living paycheck to pay check) one is clearly trying to keep people working their lording over them the promise of money and the other is living in outside his means. That is neither here nor there, what I am getting is at the end when he was speaking with the indoor host he is unemployed and his wife has to pick up the slack because of his probable implies issues and triggers with PTSD. I don’t think the plaintiff is a big guy i just would feel very under a lot of pressure being hung wife and partner/teammate

"I'm presently trying to become "disabled". There are millions of people functioning well enough to work and live their lives with PTSD. He looks pretty darn healthy yet he wants to live off of the Government and do nothing to continue to contribute to society.
I worked for a guy that lost BOTH of his legs in Afghanistan and he still works. Do you think maybe HE suffered a bit of PTSD losing both of his legs in a bombing? This guy is a fecking cry baby.

Im sorry but living paycheck to paycheck isnt always "a choice" if I dont get paid and it causes me to not be able to pay rent or a light bill how would that be my fault? Especially when you think about a rent payment because those fees are usually like $70-$100 a day per everyday you are late.
