Greetings! Thank you so much for sharing your journey and being open with the ins and outs of starting in the property market over there. The information is encouraging and inspirational. Looking forward to more!
Someone might've asked this already but what amount of savings would you recommend to come over? Currently in some real estate interviews and trying to figure out what I'm going to have to deal with. Will probably start in selling, not leasing.
Best of luck dara.hope your journey is successful young man.shout out from Dublin . Been on holidays an love the country . gonna move out in year or so and will reach out when looking for property to buy. Stay hungry and go smash it pal
Just this month, someone in Off Plan put 1.1M AED on the board! At a 50/50 commission split, that’s take home of 550k AED or around 140k EUR. Insane numbers!
In order to increase your business and increase the traffic in your business, you need to increase your social media, which can be done through our agency.
If you’re saying about you that you are a “leasing specialist”, that means you started from low end…like you were the doorman for the Agency before?? 😂🎉
Hello, Thanks for covering your experience, I am a real estate broker in Ajman and want to move to Dubai, I have skills in 3 languages which are English and Arabic and Hindi, and I have Driving license as well, and I am femiliar with Rera laws and procedures of selling and renting a property, I am currently looking for a real estate to join in Dubai, can you help me with that?
Hey Albin. Most companies won’t offer you a job if you are not at least 18 years old. I have heard that some people have gotten hired before they turned 18 but these are rare cases!
@@albin1293 yes that’s true, you need to be 21 years old to get your license. But you can still work in a real estate company without a license and any deals you do get processed through your manager’s license. This is how it worked for my first 3 months before I got my own license.
It all depends on your situation and lifestyle. If you can’t share accommodation costs with someone else, the bare minimum recommendation is €10,000, which will last you roughly 3 months. Would highly, highly suggest bringing closer to 15/20k euro as a base. Will allow you to actually go out and enjoy Dubai (a little) and will be a lot less stressful for the first few months when you’re not earning a lot.
Hey Dylan, Average price to rent a 2 bed in JBR is around 140k AED. To buy, it’s around 2M AED. A lot of factors go into those prices so they can very greatly depending on the specific unit!
