Cheese Salami Bread
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour (125g for each cup)
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
5g (1-1/2 tsp) instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 large egg, beaten.
56g (4 tbsp) softened butter/margarine
Grated cheese + diced salami for the filling + toppings, as needed.
German

250 g (2 Tassen) Allzweckmehl (125 g pro Tasse)
125 ml (1/2 Tasse) warme Milch
25 g Zucker
5 g (1-1 / 2 TL) Instant-Trockenhefe
1 TL Salz
1 großes Ei, geschlagen.
56 g weiche Butter / Margarine
Geriebener Käse + gewürfelte Salami für die Füllung + Belag je nach Bedarf.

Habe das heute gemacht ist wirklich lecker aber 20 Minuten ist bei meinem Ofen zu viel man sollte schon kontrollieren, aber meine Jungs haben das Teil in 30 Minuten gegessen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder machen

Salami sejenis smoked sausage bisa terbuat dari daging halal maupn non halal. Ukuran ada yang kecil hingga besar, ada yang utuh ada juga yang sudah diiris tipis untuk bikin sandwich.

Erst einmal....Ich bin Abonnent. Die Rezepte die immer super lecker ausschauen finde ich echt super, aber.....habe dieses Rezept 1zu1 nach gebacken. Der Teig war beim mir nicht Grottenschlecht aber auch nicht ansatzweise so Fluffig und "lecker" wie in eurem Video. Der Geschmack und die Konsistenz von diesem Teig, dafür würde ich nie Geld ausgeben. Bin auch kein großer "Bäcker" aber habe schon viele hunderte Rezepte nachgekocht aber ein so abweichender Gesamteindruck vom Video zum fertigen Produkt, ist mir selten untergekommen. Vielleicht habe ich auch einen Fehler gemacht, aber ich wüsste nicht welchen. (Sogar mit einem zusätzlichen Temperaturfühler im Ofen).
Thorsten Stein, Vielen Dank. Die meisten Menschen kennen bereits den klassischen Teig, der kneten und einen stabilen Teig haben muss. Dieses Rezept ist sehr einfach, mit einem sehr weichen (nassen) Teig, dies ist meine neue Teigmethode. Der feuchte Teig macht Lust auf mehr Mehl. Wenn Sie das Mehl hinzufügen, wird das Brot trocken und hart.
Ich benutze diesen Teig für viele meiner Rezepte und habe immer gut funktioniert.
