Chicken Cheese Bread
Dough:
250g plain flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
125ml warm milk
1 egg (whisked)
Spring onion, chopped.
The Filling:
a dollop of butter/ tbsp oil in a pan
1 medium onion, chopped.
1 medium carrot, chopped.
Parsley, chili, pepper, and salt to taste.
1 tbsp plain flour
125ml low-fat milk
250g shredded cooked chicken breast
Grated Cheese & parsley for toppings
Indonesian
Chicken Cheese Bread
Adonan:
250g tepung terigu
1 sdt ragi kering instan
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula
3 sendok makan mentega cair
125 ml susu hangat
1 telur (diaduk)
Daun bawang, dipotong.
Isian:
sesendok mentega / sdm minyak dalam pan
1 bawang sedang, dicincang.
1 wortel sedang, dicincang.
Peterseli, cabe, merica, garam secukupnya.
1 sdm tepung terigu
125 ml susu rendah lemak
250g potongan dada ayam rebus
Parutan keju & peterseli untuk topping

Ζύμη:
250 γραμμάρια απλό αλεύρι
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού στιγμιαία ξηρή μαγιά
1/2 αλάτι
1 κουτ. Σούπας ζάχαρη
3 κουταλιές λιωμένο βούτυρο
125ml ζεστό γάλα
1 αυγό (χτυπημένο)
Άσπρο κρεμμύδι, ψιλοκομμένο.
Τα Συμπληρώματα:
μια κούπα βούτυρο / λάδι σούπας σε ένα τηγάνι
1 μέτριο κρεμμύδι, ψιλοκομμένο.
1 μέτριο καρότο, ψιλοκομμένο.
Μαϊντανός, τσίλι, πιπέρι, αλάτι σε γεύση.
1 κουταλιά της σούπας απλό αλεύρι
125 ml γάλα χαμηλής περιεκτικότητας σε λιπαρά
250 γραμμάρια μαγειρεμένο στήθος κοτόπουλου
Τριγυρισμένο τυρί και μαϊντανό για γαρνιτούρες

Teig:
250g einfaches Mehl
1 TL Instant-Trockenhefe
1/2 TL Salz
1 EL Zucker

Frühlingszwiebel, gehackt.
Die Füllung:

250g geriebene gekochte Hühnerbrust
Geriebener Käse & Petersilie für Toppings

Pâte:
250g de farine nature
1 cuillère à café de levure sèche instantanée
1/2 c. À thé de sel
1 cuillère à soupe de sucre
3 c. À table de beurre fondu
125ml de lait chaud
1 oeuf (battu)
Oignon de printemps, haché.
Le remplissage:
une cuillerée de beurre / cuillère à soupe d'huile dans une casserole
1 oignon moyen, haché.
1 carotte moyenne, hachée.
Persil, piment, poivre, sel au goût.
1 cuillère à soupe de farine nature
125 ml de lait faible en gras
250g de poitrine de poulet cuite et déchiquetée
Fromage râpé et persil pour garnitures

خبز دجاج بالجبنة
عجينة:
250 غرام من الدقيق العادي
1 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية جافة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة طعام سكر
3 ملاعق كبيرة من الزبدة المذابة
125ml من الحليب الدافئ
1 بيضة (مقلي)
بصل أخضر مفروم.
الحشوة:
زبدة من الزبد / ملعقة كبيرة من الزيت في مقلاة
1 بصلة متوسطة مفرومة.
1 جزر متوسطة مفرومة.
البقدونس والفلفل الحار والفلفل والملح حسب الذوق.
1 ملعقة طعام طحين عادي
125 مل حليب قليل الدسم
250 جم صدر دجاج مطبوخ
الجبن المبشور والبقدونس للطبقة

Massa:
250g de farinha simples
1 colher de chá de fermento seco instantâneo
1/2 colher de chá de sal
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
3 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida
Leite morno 125ml
1 ovo (batido)
Cebolinha picada.
O preenchimento:
um bocado de manteiga / colher de sopa de óleo em uma panela
1 cebola média picada.
1 cenoura média picada.
Salsa, pimenta, pimenta, sal a gosto.
1 colher de sopa de farinha
Leite desnatado de 125 ml
250g de peito de frango cozido desfiado
Queijo Ralado e Salsa para Coberturas

I don’t see kneading the dough on your video but just do some rolling/folding on the dough after the mixing dough proofed for 90mins. Is kneading necessary for this recipe and how long?
Yes you are right, in this recipe I stirred the dough (you can use a hand mixer for 3 minutes). For the wet dough we don't need kneading process.

Yes you can use the same amount of flour. Though, WWF per cup = 129 grams.

You don't use high protein bread flour?
Nikhil, I use plain flour or plain flour. You can use bread flour if you want, will be no problem. The protein contains not so much different.
@@NinikBeckerEatLover when i started making bread i use ordinaru plain flour n the bread was hard. I changed to bread flour now it is soft

Good evening from Germany. Thank you so much, I'm so glad you like them. There is no more place in the description, here the methods in Russian for you.
В миску положите ингредиенты теста. Смешайте до однородного состояния. Тесто будет очень мягким и липким.
Добавить нарезанный зеленый лук, снова перемешать. Накрыть крышкой на 60 - 90 минут в теплом месте.
Приготовьте начинку на сковороде, кроме сыра.
После расстойки теста с помощью муки сформируйте шарик.
Разделите на 6 частей. Свести в овал.
Сделайте два криволинейных разреза по обеим сторонам вдоль, оставляя около 1 см от края.
Поместите 1/6 часть начинки на тесто.
Оставьте и поместите край в противоположную сторону.
Положите на противень. Добавьте сыр и петрушку сверху.
Выпекать 20 минут при разогретой до 220 ° С духовке.

For this dough, I stir the dough using a strong spoon for about 5 minutes (we can use a mixer with dough hook) then put on the countertop and continue folding (not kneading) gently by hands as you see on the video. Thanks so much, IK BARIS.

The different between AP flour and bread flour is protein content. You can use the same measurement

Hi Ninik, really mouth watering recipe 😋 but can we make it in wheat bread and for how long do we have to knead the daugh of any flour(before resting),as in many of your recipe videos folding or kneading duration not mentioned.
Thank you Farzin. You can use whole wheat flour or mix both flours. In this recipe, I did STIR the dough (soft & sticky) until SMOOTH, it can be 5 minutes or more depends on how you stir it. The folding only to shape the dough into a ball, less than 1 minute.
In many recipes for kneading the dough, I usually mention the minutes.

Masa:
250 g de harina normal

El relleno:
una cucharada de mantequilla / cucharada de aceite en una sartén

Hi L O, yes we can freeze these pre-shaped bread. Thaw a night before in the refrigerator and let warm again at room temperature before baking. Bake as directed.

Giridhar, we can use replace the egg but it might have a slightly different texture.
Egg substitute alternative: for one egg: choose one which is suitable
for you.
• 2 tbsp water + 1/2 tsp oil + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 2 tbsp flour.
Stir until combined and mix with other ingredients for the dough.
• 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp white vinegar + 1 tbsp water. Mix into the dough ingredients. (fluffy).
