375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
5g (1-1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
56g (4 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted.
1 tsp salt
Egg for egg wash
Fillings/toppings: cheese, chocolate, meat, fruit, or anything you like. The choice is endless.
