      Do you have any self adjustment for ribs that come out whenever the feel like. Chronic problem for me. I need to also learn how to avoid it or get it to stop happening. Do you have any corrective Exercises for this ordeal? Chiros say it’s from rotated hips and shoulders that bow forwards. I’ve been through the ringer with chiros. I feel like no one can help me 😭

      I thought I had shoulder and hip pain from side sleeping but another chiropractor explained it could be from my scoliosis. Honestly, it makes sense. If BOTH my shoulders hurt that would tell me it's side sleeping. It's always the same shoulder/hip.

      Same for me. He is the best. I have so much pain in my body that as soon as I wake up, I look to see if he put up a new video. Sciatic pain in both legs pain in my calf and hips is excruciating. I wish he had supplements , and pain rubs that he could recommend as well, for nerve pain as well.       @@NansGlobalKitchen feldenkrais ( like yoga or self chiropractic work) help me with my sciatica and numbness in the legs quickly. Please go on youtube and type feldenkrais with Taro. He is good, peaceful teacher. Dr Rowe and Taro are the only 2 teachers that help me a lot.
      Feldenkrais is gentle movements to realign our back, hips and posture. You will feel very good.

      @@NansGlobalKitchen i read in a magazine that eating spinach heal and repair damaged nerves and ligaments. I eat some . Can you try? I eat raw.
      I also drink apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice to expel oxalic acid from spinach .

    WATCHING FROM THE UK👈🏾 I KEEP WAKING UP AT 4AM WITH SEVERE HIP AND KNEE PAIN ON THE LEFT SIDE. I AM A SIDE SLEEPER BUT SLEEP ON MY RIGHT SIDE. THE PAIN HAS BECOME SO PAINFUL THAT I CRY.     Holy I injured my hips from working out a couple months ago, my chiro couldn't fix me after multiple sessions a week. I did the inner hip arc exercise and now I'm almost back to normal. Thank you!

    Literally watching this in the middle of the night because my hips are in so much pain. I couldn’t do it all but the frog rocker made something LOUD crack in my hips and I was flooded with the most relief I’ve felt in months.
    I’m going to try and start doing this before I go to bed every night.

    So glad I found this. I've been fighting this type of pain for months. My doctor just said use heat and ice and a topical NSAID. It gets better then I reinjure it. Strengthening this area will help more I hope. Thank you for these exercises.

    Amazing!! I have tight hips and groin area. Usually after stretching I feel a bit tired and stiff.

    I can’t tell you how amazed I am with this video. I’m a side sleeper and started to feel groin and glute pain. I’ve been seeing a physio and she gave me one set of exercises for glutes only and then she’ll show me exercises for the groin area. Now I found you targeting exactly the area I am feeling soreness and pain. Will try these tomorrow. Thank you so much.

    Dr. Rowe, my father was my chiropractor. He passed away about 8 years ago and since them my hips have gone down hill terribly, even therapy didn’t really help. (I commented earlier, yesterday I think about that). He would have Loved your videos! I know my husband and I do!

    Thank you so much for this exercise. I really felt the extension on the outside of my hip.
    Especially useful is the position of the ankle/ foot included in your exercise. I may even use this exercise as part of my warm up before ice-skating, which is my leisure sport.

      It’s only been three days, but I want to share that I had minimal hip pain as I slept last night! I am committed to doing these exercises ongoing. Looking forward to the day I abandon my knee pillow! 😅

      Three weeks later and I’m doing the clamshell with extended leg about every other night. I still have considerable hip pain while sleeping, so I’m back to view the other exercises and incorporate them as well. I will also do them earlier in the day so I’m not working those hip muscles right before bedtime.

    I recently had a lower lumbar injection due to narrowing on the left side of my spine. I was led to believe that pressure build up on my nerves was causing “Ghost Pains” on my left side.
    Tailbone to hip to knee to ankle. 😫😖😣 Watching this and a few other videos, it may be Bursitis. I’ve been out of work for a week, and I added this video to my Pinterest page in hopes that it’ll Help Me Out. Yes I’m an overweight side sleeper who needs to get back on my bike 🚲 sooner than later.     I do not know what kind of hoodoo this is … but I am grateful for it! The second night that I did the straight leg- foot turned in leg lift, something shifted in my SI joint and I HAVE NOT HAD SI PAIN since then. Why didn’t the physical therapists teach me this? Thank you so much!

      Yes Doctor it helps me a lot I can sleep now especially at night after my work realy the pain even I used to put salonpas for so many years I been going a lots of doctors ,they just give me a painkiller but I don’t drink painkillers coz the effects are not to our body ,so this excercise helps me ,,,thank u so much

    I broke both hips in 2018. I am SO LUCKY the only time I feel any pain now is laying down too much.
    I’m about to start going to the gym. Build up muscles, hope that’ll get it done. Thank you so much for this video! 5 years late, but this is great.
    However… One side healed back 2 cm off. So my legs are uneven. A little concernedabout that.

    Ive done this except for bringing the foot in. Just bending knee or straightening the leg and lifting helped tremendously.

    My left hip pain results in sharp pains in my lower back. I’ve tried chiropractic care but committing to three days a week with those weird hours of operation is impossible. I tried the first exercise and felt almost immediate relief in my hip. Will working out my hip typically help with lower back pain? Now that i tried the exercise, i see that my back pain is concentrated🎉 on my left side. How often should we do this routine?

    Thank you. I know this helps because the first exercise I been doing before bed and before getting up. I will add the other. See how that does. I do the third one to relieve pain from my L 5. I am a grade 2 spondy with degeneration. The stretches and biweekly adjustments have helped me to regain lot off mobility just in 3 months.

    I had hip pain from a weak tight muscle once last week. I used a pillow to support the leg and the pain went. I am doing exercises to eliminate the muscle imbalance which came from a twisted pelvis.

    Very interesting video. Since i had knee surgery I’ve had lots of problems, including hips, back,sciatica, right now from X-rays it’s looking like arthritis. I’ve had shots, they would help plus I’ve had therapy, I’m a believer. I’m going back to doctor in a little over a week and I’m hoping I can get started in therapy.

    I had hip pain for 7 years (25-32) on my iliac crest, psoas, and more. I realize in this video it could be from weak ab / adductors. Thanks SO much for this.
    I still have pinching or tightness on my tail bone when sitting too long and do glute bridges or leg / hamstring rises. What is a good way to release lower to mid back? I also have shoulder impingement and need strengthening on my posterior delts!

    Hi Doc l am Cynthia I am suffering from this pain in my spine because I was diagnosed with scoliosis my doctor told me I can't do the operation because of my age I'm 71 this may soI will of to do therapy .so Iam asking if you could send some exercise to help me because I'm living in Jamaica n chiropractor in Jamaica are very expensive.     Thank you for sharing, I have hip bursatis in my right hip and an herniated disc and sciatica in my left leg, I've used a pillow under my legs but still pain through sciatica, would of been good if I don't have a bulged disk then I can sleep on the left. I have put a pillow under my legs when I sleep on my back with the sciatica.

    Lying on your stomach and move your hips side to side till you feel the click at your hip the joint feels good a hip and rest for 3 minutes.
