Azure Rathalos in this quest will either help you, or kill you in the process. Maybe a bit of both. That's how my hunt went. Brach, Rath, and I were in an all-out battle royale.

While it by no means looks easy, it does seem toned down since 3 and 4, in those it was enraged every other minute.
The blasted thing never shut up and that sprint they gave to the g rank brachy in 4 was insane, you could never assume your were out of it's range.

I already fought the Brachydios, but there’s this move he does that’s so funny to me. When he pounds the ground several times in a row while walking. I literally almost died because I kept laughing. And my friend, whom I was on the phone with, was so confused. So I want to show her this video if he does said move. I’m only about 5-7 minutes in right now.
I don't know if this is intentional, but to me this monster is the pinnacle of Jojo Reference

One thing I notice about Brachydios's roars is that he sounded like a pig, a triceratops from Jurassic park operation when he was about to leap and sometimes a styracosaurus also in jurassic park operation

For me during this quest this Azure Rathalos kept on showing up just to fight the Brachydios and I didn’t even want to dung pod it because it was actually helping

Fighting in Monster Hunters is like boxing. Your opponents mostly rely on their brute force, so most fights have you dodging and weaving until they get exhausted from over attacking. Then you hit them when they are super tired.

Wait, you can move while drinking a potion? That cancels out some of the challenge and frankly, changes the nature of the game, ditto the XP. I am still playing Tri on the Wii which is why I did not know you could move while healing. My computer can't run MHW, hence still on Tri. Brachydios looks OP.
World/Iceborne is the easyest Monster Hunter currently, but its still fun.^^

In another universe this uragaan is brachydios..mhw team got lazy to put real design and just slap green slime on uragan and called it brachydios..kinda like the lazy weapon design
theyre both the same species (brute wyvern) so they are going to share some similarities in skeleton and some moves but their fights are both quite different. not really sure what you're on about.
uragaan doesn't look like Brachydyios at all. I don't even think they share the same skeleton. I think you are thinking about Barroth.

All I can think is to gear up to resist the blast gel, meanwhile it's attack rate makes for a dodgey situation (no, I literally could not get a hit in on the first encounter.)
