Loved this Pilates workout. As someone with both artificial hips and knees it was very friendly! I do the other Pilates. I just sometimes have to change what I do because of those artificial joints. Thanks for all you do!

As an elderly women, I am always looking for ways to improve my balance. This delivered with several welcomed challenges. I plan to repeat this video because I need to improve on some of the movements. I especially appreciated the all standing routine.
This was a great movement/balance session! I have found that I have used my quads far too much over the years and thus, dealing with a valgus (bowlegged knee). As I've researched this, I'm finding that MORE focus on GLUTE strengthening and intentional focus on them has made a big difference in my walking. I CAN do all these moves but with discomfort yet when I FOCUS on contracting the butt muscles, much less discomfort. So...I'm thinking that just moving our body doesn't necessarily mean we ARE contracting the GLUTEs but the knees are compensating (to our detriment years later?). Like your new hairstyle and outfit :-). Keep up the great work, Lauren!! You are touching many, many interested lives for making beneficial changes to our bodies!! 🤩
I need to change multitasking while typing 😮. A valgus knee is knock-kneed ( not bowed). But yes, the glute work is helping! I so appreciate how you work slowly and emphasize focus on what we’re working. And the reminders to hold the core!!!
Really enjoyed. It's slow and easy to follow. Feel like I've worked and stretched my body. Added some weights at the end bf stretching. Perfect workout for menopausal 50 year old! Thank u ❤

I enjoyed this workout! I don’t know if I am doing something wrong that I get pain in my knees trying to do lunges but don’t with squats. Thank you for giving me modifications that I can. Thank you for making the videos.
You're welcome Michelle. Continue to stay away from lunges if they are causing you pain, but if you try again remember to keep the weight in your front heel. You could also try a staggered squat and see if that is helpful.
So I thought I needed a walking workout this morning, but when this video popped up, I gave it a try. I wanted something to warm me up, and this did! Thanks for another unique and challenging workout.
