    Thank you for all your workouts. They make me feel energized. In June of 2024 I decided to change my lifestyle so I could be healthy. I have lost 39 lbs. My cholesterol was high and now it is down 20 points overall. I found you on utube and fell in love with you. I will be 70 years old in March of 2025. Last October I ran in my first 5k finishing 54 out of 146 runners of which the majority were about 15 years old. Your workouts can be done by just about anyone. They help me stay in shape. Again thank you.

    I love your classes because the variety permits me to choose a more energetic one in the morning and then one like this later on in the day . I am a 60 plus ex instructor with arthritis issues and do two of your classes a day .

    Love, love, love this Pilates workout! I have several “issues” with my back (scoliosis, degenerative disc disease and spondylolisthesis 😅) and this workout makes me feel so much better! Please do more Pilates! You are my favorite instructor! ❤❤❤

    Been doing your workouts for about six weeks now, I love them and feel stronger. I have severe arthritis so cannot get down on the floor. The chair routines are fabulous.

    Awesome exercises. 70yo male, goes walking or cycling each day for about 50 minutes. in the evening work-outs from HASFIT, and others. The core is the most important part for me to keep strong and in shape. Thank you so much.

    This was a great movement/balance session! I have found that I have used my quads far too much over the years and thus, dealing with a valgus (bowlegged knee). As I've researched this, I'm finding that MORE focus on GLUTE strengthening and intentional focus on them has made a big difference in my walking. I CAN do all these moves but with discomfort yet when I FOCUS on contracting the butt muscles, much less discomfort. So...I'm thinking that just moving our body doesn't necessarily mean we ARE contracting the GLUTEs but the knees are compensating (to our detriment years later?). Like your new hairstyle and outfit :-). Keep up the great work, Lauren!! You are touching many, many interested lives for making beneficial changes to our bodies!! 🤩

      I need to change multitasking while typing 😮. A valgus knee is knock-kneed ( not bowed). But yes, the glute work is helping! I so appreciate how you work slowly and emphasize focus on what we’re working. And the reminders to hold the core!!!

    I enjoyed this workout! I don’t know if I am doing something wrong that I get pain in my knees trying to do lunges but don’t with squats. Thank you for giving me modifications that I can. Thank you for making the videos.

      You're welcome Michelle. Continue to stay away from lunges if they are causing you pain, but if you try again remember to keep the weight in your front heel. You could also try a staggered squat and see if that is helpful.
