  • How to replace your diff bushing in the subframe. I went with whiteline. PITA but well worth it.

One of the best videos I have seen in the subject. First the tool is nice and simple and straight to the point. For cutting Is a good idea to start at the top. The nice smaller reciprocating saw is so handy. Gravity can often be your friend. Cut at the top and let oil help you to lubricate the metal portion of the bushing. A jigsaw works wonders also to remove both portions of the bushing. When I did my the first time, I tried not to get frustrated so I planned my cuts before I got it started. This principal of approaching most jobs is important to me because I try not to get frustrated or make any unnecessary damage.

Thanks for showing this. I may have to replace this diff bushing on my mother in law's 350z, and this video was the most straightforward of them all.

I see washers and the bolts but what was the big circular piece of metal the washer and bolt went in?

I made it myself out of a long rod and big washers. Got it at Home Depot for about $12
