I want a standing desk setup but its so hard to do research. People pushing certains ones have "test" to make the cheaper ones look terrible. example would see the wobble test when you can clearly see people pushing the cheaper ones way harder than the expensive one. I feel like a 1,000+ ones can't be that much better than a 500 one.
If you’re on carpet any desk is going to have more wobble But also most the time in the videos I’ve seen they grab it and shake it for wobble No one in there right mind is going to do that shit lmao
i had the same issue, finally went with the UpLift commercial V2 in the similar price range and its the only one with a 15 year Warranty standard with an optional 25 years extended.
I couldnt agree more. For anyone looking for a review of Flexispot, I actually just found a solid, subjective review from a smaller youtuber (CarloinProgress). I saw his video right after seeing this comment and wanted to spread the news.
Great video! My secretlab Magnus pro XL coming in next month, can’t wait. I enjoyed this review and I will say I do enjoy a nice looking wood top on a desk. My first few desks were custom wood desks made from oak with apoxy that me and my brother made, so wood desks always look very refreshing to me! Appreciate the open opinions about each desk!
yes/maybe/no. it depends, from what ive heard. arms with deep, chonky base will not fit. ones with small base, could fit. people say to definitely install before attaching the cable channel cover. magnus also has arms, but they are pricey and not too great according to reviews. but are made for their desk.
small clarification: secret lab offers 5 years warranty on the frame. The motorized and electronic part is guaranteed only 2. This is to make you understand how SL has great consideration for its products
@@dylanoh3425 That's great to hear. I think I will also pull the trigger on the E7 pro. Do you experience any monitor wobble on sitting height when typing on keyboard?
Thank you SO much for this video. Just what I was looking for. I think im going with Desky, as it seems to give more bang for your buck. I like how you can buy power connector strips with the desk. You cant do that with the Magnus
Had both and the secret labs Magnus pro is honestly quite superior in quality. Especially when you add the magnet mats. Feels amazing. I do like the look of the wood from the flexi but I like the magnus is wildly better of a value.
I got the E7L. 2 tops, 60x24, and 48x30 in Maple with white frame/legs...It'll be 72(48+24)x60...The 48" section will have a 49" curved monitor. I just got the frame a few days ago.
I'd avoid secretlabs as they refuse to clarify what type of motor or motor box brand they use in order to get a replacement, so once that short 5 year warranty is over- when that motor box dies that's it.
Theres no features justifying the flexispot for me....we have multiple standing desks at work that look and function identical to what youve shown...but were most likely half the price...at least the magnus desk has unique features
Deff a sponsored video. Standing desks that have only 2 legs are unstable at height and a waste of money. The BEST standing desks have 4 legs to prevent rocking back and forth when extended. These desks are NOT worth the money. They are not standing desks, they are regular desks that extend to unworkable conditions. Save your time and money - buy a standing desk with 4 legs for stability.
I've used a standing desk at work with two legs, I'm 6ft, you likely used a bad desk if it actually bothered you, 4 legs is overkill unless you lean on your desk in some weird way, which is just bad for you ergonomically.
What a sponsored fake guy. These tables are garbage. They wobble so hard when u stay. But these brands are literally only merchandise brands. SImply no real test from real buyers out there.

Awesome, we'd love to hear your thoughts when it arrives! Appreciate your comment & glad you liked the video. 😊
Will the magnetic desk top mess with external hard drives?
Which one is better for an office desk with 2 monitors ??
Does the cable management function on the Magnus Pro prevent you from attaching a monitor arm?
No

FlexiSpot should get on with modern times and switch to USB-C connector.
average mac user comment :
how is the stability?
What size is your monitor?
2 videos in a one month period? How come?
Because of the dot

More like lack of consideration lol. The competition's (like the one in the video) warranty blows it away!
Awesome review :) do you think the E7 pro is wobbly? I am planning to get one 1.8m length
Did you buy it?
@@rocksteady140 yea I did :) it is a solid piece

what about stability at higher heights? The flexispot seems to be more stable than the magnus pro, have you found this to be the case?
Hey?
Its almost twice the price of flexispot
are you sure tabletop magnetic? I mean I thought it is just metal (steal) and just because of that you can use magnets on it as on any metal thing.
it's not magnetic, the pad is magnetic.
Flexispot should develop a PC holder underneath the desk, just like the Magnus Pro has.

Do you like it? Thinking about getting one
That isn’t the black walnut color it’s the rustic brown

What a stupid reason to avoid them.
5 years is an outrageously short warranty for such an expensive desk.
@@DlStreamnet to make matters worse, the warranty is only 2 years for the electronics
Bought the E7pro frame and a tabletop seperately from real beech wood, pretty ”cheaper” solution than paying over 1000 credits. Buy smart my friends.

Se me acaba de joder la mesa FlexiSpot después de 6 meses de uso. Mierda de producto para los 500 euros que me costó
Wait this is Phonedog ?????? WTH
