I'm glad that the UK finally has access to a standing desk frame with 4 legs!
Unfortunately, I'm not in any position to replace my existing 2-legged standing desk, but if I end up changing it out in the future, I'll probably get the 4-legged frame.

I bought the two legged Flexispot with one motor (connected with a drive shaft to the second leg) an I can tell you it is definitively stable enough for normal office work. (and powerful, it can lift a person) I have A LOT of stuff on the desk and yes, when you push the desk front to back, it moves a bit. But guess what, normally this doesn't happen when you're working. It is perfectly adequate.
So take my advise, just buy the much more cheaper two legged variant. I payed a shy over 200 euros for the frame and sourced my own top..

I've built two standing desks using the VIVO Electric Dual Motor Standing Desk Frame (DESK-V122EB ). One for my work PC and one for my Gaming PC. The first desk I built is 6’ long and 25” wide and 1-½” thick. I used a live edge butcher block counter top as my desk top that I ordered from Lowes. My second desk I built was for personal use, so I didn’t need to go as big to accommodate three monitors so buying the same frame, I went with a 4’ long by 25” wide standard butcher block also from Lowes. I ran into the same issue when I built my VIVO desk with it not going low enough, measuring to the bottom of the top it's 28-1/2" so kind of a bummer, but I use an Ergofoam footrest with my BTOD Leap V2, so it works just fine for me. I'm a big fan of the VIVO frames even though the weight of the counter is too much for the collision detection, so I had to turn that off.
Another great video from BTOD, keep it up guys! Also, not sure exactly why, but for whatever reason that Amia looked especially good paired with that desk.

Do an E7L review. Just bought one on a big sale plus promo and from what I can find online it's pretty stable. 3 motors. I'm glad few pre-drilled holes because I upgraded to a larger 55x28 board to swap out one of their 48x30 boards. hopefully they'll just sell larger combos in the future.

I was previously looking at the Steelcase Solo for three reasons.
    1. Price.
    2. It's apparently more stable than the Ology.
    3. Because the more streamlined functionality and Steelcase quality components will mean better reliability.
That said, should I continue with my purchase, or perhaps gives this option a look?

From what I know about (I’m in the market for a stand desk too) the E7 is the same as the E6, only the control panel is different. So if you look for a E6 review (there are plenty) it’s basically what you get with the E7

Paid arround 390€ in total for the entire desk (Frame and top).

I was super excited to see this review! Question: As someone who is 5’7, I’m guessing my best bet is going to still be the Uplift V2 Commercial due to the lower height adjustability.
I want to remain ergonomic while seated WITHOUT a foot rest, so as someone who is 5’7, Uplift V2 Commercial’s 25.3” lower range will be better than Flexispot E7’s 27” low end. Am I correct? Would this be your recommendation for me? Thanks!
