Just moving through the labyrinth would make you exhausted to begin with, and if you fell asleep, hell would turn you into puzzle pieces and shove your dismembered limbs into a mannequin shell. It would be an absolutely horrible place to live since you'd likely be turned into a mannequin and being turned into a mannequin doesn't even kill you- you would still be alive, paralyzed inside of the mannequin until hell decided to use you as a chess piece, but usually you'd be sitting in the same spot forever in pain unless some random robot passing through managed to kill you
P-1 is perfectly survivevable as long as you're not a machine. If you manage to free Minos, he'll thank you and rebuild the lust layer again (in which you can live for the rest of eternity.)

excluding the enemies I would actually LOVE to live in 1-3, the castle seems cool to live in also 5-2 has 5-3 included in it as seen when the ship rises above the waters so 5-2 is basically 5-3 but with a bigger area to explore and live in, not to mention the ferryman could be a great friend if you don't get on his bad side

Not sure about streetcleaners, other robots (not drones) and non-robot enemies in 7 layer. Streetcleaners are pretty nice, until it gonna see blood. You know, passion for cleaning. Other robots cleans the hell because they need blood, so p-2 uhhh not pretty liveable for bunch of the reasons. The 7 layer without bloodthirsty robots is still not pretty kind place, because angels or something limbs you if you will sleep and make you suffer forever in Mannequins, and the highest chance to sleep is the library in 7-2. Also 7-3's blood things will try to kill you until you feed the tree. And even if you will feed it you also will live in horror because suic*de trees.

actually I think you could make it to an airlock before you ran out of air in 5-1 but you need to know what's coming, you would definitely die if it was your first time going there and you didn't know the layout
