@ 16:57 the sound insulation is so excellent that even when you are flooring the motor the cockpit is pretty calm.
I miss that from GTI though 🤣

Amazing review! One big question I’ve been having before choosing a luxury sedan, have you had problems with ground clearance before in every scenarios? Especially the M sport is even more lesser on ground clearance and approach angle than the luxury line variant of the 5 series
No GC problem ever buddy, even with carbon splitter and diffuser never faced any problem, the underbody is as clean as day 1

Sir with run flat tires ride is very stiff if i change to tubeless will the suspension effect also how about bad roads as it has low ground clearance does it touch any obstacle, is bmw x4 30d better option than this one as they both have same price near about
Angad M when you will change the tyres to tubeless from RFT, you are going to get the ride very soft and supple. It will not effect suspension if your change into the same profile and width of tubeless tyres. X4 30d is a better buy than 530d because of X Drive, when I bought my 530d I didnt have the option of X4 or would have bought that only. Also in X4 30d, they are giving tubeless tyres already so a plus point.

I would like to know about the ground clearance especially on Indian roads.
With the fitting of carbon splitter the ground clearance has diminished but still its manageable, no issue with scraping

What WoW says is right. RFTs are garbage, switch to tubeless as soon as the car is delivered. Go for Michelin Pilot Sport 4 or Continental Sport Contact.
RFTs are piece of 💩.... they suck even here on 🇨🇦 roads lol

So which would be preferable, bec my dad loves Merc, and need a merc too for my family, so if i get the X5, will be surely getting the S class, and if opt for 530d, will surely get the GLS, so which would be better???
And how would u compare the 530d over M5, i know that M5 is damn powerful, but does the 530d have any advantages over the M5 or even M3???
If roads are good around you then buy 5. If not then X5. If you will drive yourself then buy BMW, if it will be chauffeur driven then buy Merc.
You cannot compare M5 to 530d or any other car bro, M5 is holy grail.
If going for M5 then just buy it. You wont regret buying that

How's the ride comfort in our road conditions? How it's like compared with it's segment?
Ride comfort is 9/10. That 1 point is missing because BMW used Run Flat Tyres, if you install tubeless the ride will br very supple and soft but then will loose the driving dynamics of the BMW that everyone swears by.
When you compare to competitors like E class And A6. I would say BMW tops everything in this segment

Very easily, have a CF Splitter, still no issue with ground clearance.

Because GTI here in India are limited. Only 200 cars are there and thr demand is high because in this price there is no competition against it
Hi, I also have the same 530d in blue stone metallic , I have just changed gloss black grills and Planning for stage 1 after warranty expires..it’s definitely the best diesel sedan in the country..Njoy.

WINGS ON WHEELS i don’t think the tuners you mentioned are available in Chennai. But im familiar with wolf moto as im running a stage 1 in my v40 d3 cross country , pretty satisfied with it.

Mudith Thammitage Totally wrong! 530d is the most reliable BMW one can own. There are zero complaints of B57 engine and 8 speed sports transmission. I have covered fuel consumption in video. It gives 900 kms + on a single tank very easily

You didn’t say anything about the maintenance, what’s that like?
So by the time I made this video the first service was due and got it done just after I posted it. The maintainance is pretty average considering a luxury car. It was around 30k for engile oil and all the filters changed.

Aviral Pandey Yes, I have a 5 years BRI and 5 years BSI plus/60k kms at the time of car purchase. Which means for January 2024 or 60k kms I dont have to pay anything including brakes or any other wear and tear

So BMW 330i weight is near about 1600kgs but 530i weight about 2100 and both have same 2 litere engine . And I want a pop and bang car so I want a petrol car . I am confused because of 530d inline six for sure performance is good but u can't get it loud or flame thow it . I think u get it right.
FILMY actions So, 330i weighs 1445 kgs not 1600 kgs and 530i weighs 1615 Kgs not 2100 kgs. Both have same 2 litre B48 engine which is not tuner friendly of you wants pops adnd bag tune. 530d is very good but you cant have pops and bangs on a diesel car. But if you want a petrol car then G20 330i is much better than G30 530i
