Easy-peasy. This probably would work with vegan cream cheese & sweetened condensed coconut milk, but I accidentally bought regular cream cheese so I will be making it with that. :) Thank you for showing cheesecake can be made so simple. Edit: 1.5 times recipe is 2 bricks cream cheese & 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk ~ it's in the oven right now! Baked at 350* for about 50 min. Taste test after chilled: Yummy. Rich & creamy. Who needs eggs! Will definitely be making this again. :)

I am doing this for Christmas.I will be adding freshly cooked pumpkin I will puree.And add some rum soaked rasins 3 eggs and one third cup sour cream .Its an experiment.I will eat it no matter how it turns out.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

What would adding an egg do?
I think it would rais the cake a bit, and after cool down the center would fall down little. I would try to add 2 eggs.

The cream wasn't whipped enough, it was too dry, and too thin.
Have you tried this already? For me it's not dry, since we've added condensed milk, with the size, you can try it with different size of molder :)
