    Are your hormones affecting you? Might be worth doing a daily diary to see if you can see a pattern. Thing is, if these funk's or struggle days are hormonal (so physiological in nature), some of the things you do to change how you feel may not work.

      I'm so sorry for my late reply! I have actually started a similar thing, doing a sort of star chart system each day to see how I felt. So far nothing obvious has come up but it's nice to keep track of either way! Thank you for your advice, always always appreciated :)
