- A casual chat about my experience on this antidepressant medication.
Here's a bit of info about what SNRI's do:
" Medications that inhibit the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin (which is another neurotransmitter) are called serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). By inhibiting the reuptake of these two neurotransmitters, SNRIs essentially increase the levels of norepinephrine and serotonin in the brain. Serotonin helps regulate mood, anxiety, and other functions & norepinephrine helps mobilize the brain for action and can improve energy and attentiveness. SNRIs have been found to be effective in treating mood disorders like depression, aspects of bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. SNRIs are also sometimes prescribed for chronic pain and fibromyalgia."

Thank you for being so honest and open about your personal experience with Cymbalta. I'm glad it's working so well for you. 💜
I'd rather you had sporadic videos than no videos! Thanks for sharing so much, I found it fascinating and also so much to relate to with my own health.
So pleased to hear you have so far had such a positive experience with this medication.
Happy that the medication is working for you
I’ve been on Zoloft for about a year, can’t really tell if it’s helping a whole lot. I definitely cut out occasional wine because of it, I get real loopy and depressed otherwise. I think lists are a great way to cope with trauma response. It’s really hard when you are pulled in multiple directions especially with FOMO and figuring out priorities and being a workaholic(speaking about myself lol). Lists are for me an essential coping mechanism, having a time limit on list making and then a time limit on list editing/reorganizing/reevaluating can maybe be helpful?
❤❤❤ l am so glad this is working for you ❤❤❤
