theclungecommander yeah I know. I like Dean and all but it's not fair to other people on the roster who need the belt more than he does when he gets to go multiple months without defending it on PPV. Same with Roman and the U.S. Title. If memory serves me correctly he never defended the U.S. Title once on PPV, only on RAW every once in a while

Ambrose has already trash talked Baron Corbin, so maybe they're setting something up there. Ambrose eliminates Corbin at Elimination Chamber, then it's Corbin vs Ambrose for IC title at WM, Corbin wins and then has a run to really put him up there as the big, dominant heel guy.

Taking the contendership off randy undermines the royals rumble, makes it completely useless. Bray V. Randy for the belt gets my money over miz anyday and I like the miz. theres also the potential of a triple threat w/ harper.

Miz out first probably by Corbin to keep him looking strong especially since eliminating Strowman and also to make him a worthy number 1 contender for the IC title.

In saying that Styles has said before that Orton is the one man he'd love to face and Vince loves both Orton & Styles so maybe. Still convinced it will be AJ and Bray final 2.

Big AL maybe. I think my prediction is too obvious in my opinion. No real surprising twists with it (except Cena going out early). With Vince anything could happen. To be honest I just don't want Cena to retain because no one wants him v Orton. Orton or Harper could interfere.

Has anyone explored the possibility of Orton challenging for the Universal Championship? I don't recall during the Rumble the rules stating the winner has to challenge within his brand. I believe Benoit did that back in '04

I don't understand why nobody seems to be bringing up the fact that we've had Orton vs Bray before, fairly recently at No Mercy. It wasn't that great either to be honest, but they weirdly made it the main event of that PPV so WWE clearly saw it as a big deal from their point of view. So why all of a sudden would it be worthy of a wrestlemania main event championship match? Doesn't excite me at all, not one bit.

Ultimate Inferno He's boring in the ring, barely takes bumps and is just one of the most forgettable in-ring performers. He's amazing on a mic, but him as WWE champion would be a joke. That title should go to the best, and if not THE best, ONE of the best. Miz as a performer is only midcard material. There's a reason he's never gotten injured, he's lackluster AF.

Main event is tricky. I say one of two: AJ eliminates John Cena, then Bray picked up the win.
Or AJ wins setting up a triple threat match at mania, AJ vs Cena vs Orton. (With Bray included if he turns on Orton out of jealousy before mania, or costing Orton the match)

If I'm not mistaken, a few months back there were rumors that Styles would be running a program with Orton most likely heading into Mania, and I think this is a great chance to do that.
I like how Pacitti is slowly going insane without his GM job, and Kirby is doing the same with the GM job.
The actual chamber predictions
1. Ambrose and styles enter first
2. Miz enters 3rd
3. Corbin enters 4th runs wild on the rest of the group.
4. Cena enters 5th eliminates Corbin
5. Styles with the surprise eliminates Cena
6. Wyatt enters the heals team up and attack Ambrose
7. Ambrose fights back and Styles eliminates the Miz
8. Ambrose Eliminates Styles.
9. Blackout when lights come back up Orton who beat Harper earlier is in the chamber.
10. Looks like they are going to beat down Ambrose but Orton turns and hits Wyatt with the RKO Ambrose covers and wins.

they could even do a tipple threat match with orton styles and cena where cena wins something i wouldnt want but it would styles win the chamber cena uses his rematch clause for mania and orton already has a title shot. there u go perfect way to have cena win 17 titles with having styles on the card. u could even have bray as a ring enforcer or win the ic title so that the main event dosent even hurt bray.
If Cena retains, I wouldn't mind seeing a 4-Way at Mania between Cena, Styles, Wyatt & Orton. Just because I don't know what they've got for Styles at Mania, unless they have an interpromotional match.
Winners (my predictions)- Randy. Reason: Luke harper will have a push later this year or early next year
Nikki. Reason: Nikki should have some wins before going into the title scene
Alexa (clean). Reason: Alexa needs more wins (clean) to look like a solid champion + Naomi's push

WWE is advertising a live event in my town in March, there's a triple theat match with WWE champion AJ styles.
Adam Pacitti, setting up the unexpected WCPW vs. SHIMMER feud.
How SD should book the EC match: have Cena and Styles start; they tear in to each other continuously(without any one gaining an advantage) over the opening minutes, then pod 1 opens; Bray Wyatt gets in, lays them both out, keeping his focus on Cena. Pod 2 opens: Baron Corbin; he storms against Styles, using his superior strength over him, but gets worked around, whereas Cena is starting to mount a comeback. Pod 3 opens: The Miz blindsides Corbin and Styles, and as he attempts to do the same to Cena and Wyatt, Cena catches him, throws him against Wyatt, who then proceeds to batter him on the chamber walls. After he is done, Cena blindsides Wyatt and gets countered by Miz when he tries to mount his offense, and they go back and forth. last pod opens; Ambrose goes right into Styles and Corbin, who simultaneously superkick him back in the pod. Afterwards Miz sends Cena into the duo, who then double-team him. A miscomunication leads to Corbin hitting Styles, who then goes on Corbin again, while Cena grabs a chain from a pod and goes to knock both of them out. Then goes to Ambrose, still out in his pod, and just wails on him for about a minute. He then exits, knocks Corbin with the chain again, and goes to where Wyatt and Miz are fighting, Miz dodges his attack, which hits Wyatt dead on. Cena postures a bit, allowing Miz to grab a pad lock from another pod and smack Cena when he is posturing. Miz then goes for the Skull-Crushing Finale, Cena slips out of it and goes for the STF, and as Miz submits, he notices Styles atop a pod. Styles jumps and Cena gets out of the way, Styles hits Miz instead. Styles then gets hit with the AA, lands atop Miz again, gets pinned by Cena holding his pants. He kicks out, but one second too late. Afterwards, as Cena stands, Corbin hits him with the End of Days, Cena shoots up into a Sister Abigail; from the momentum of that he jumps into a Dirty Deeds. Amprose pins him, Cena gets eliminated. Its down to Ambrose, Corbin, and Wyatt. They go back and forth and around, eventually going with a double-team on Wyatt because he is the least affected by their exchanges. Ambrose has Wyatt in the Dirty Deeds, but Corbin then betrays him and hits the End of Days; Ambrose is eliminated. Corbin goes for another End of Days, but Wyatt powers out and starts completely dominating the ensuing exchange. Corbin eventually gets a few shots in and it looks like the momentum could reverse, but Wyatt catches him with the Sister Abigail, and then, just to be certain, hits him with another Sister Abigail.
Winner and new WWE Champion: Bray Wyatt. The Wyatt/Orton angle can go ahead as planned, Corbin gets a small push, and Cena now has the motivation and the state of mind necessary to turn heel. As far as we can see, WWE is attempting to change the guard, and making Cena heel is the last step towards that, so putting work in that direction helps the company, future storylines, and the PPV itself.

I liked it better when Blampied gave predictions that could actually happen for cardboard Pacitti, but with run-ins as joke. Like this you can't even count points for Blampied, which would be cool.

If I was the one booking it, I'ld have Cena retain the title, then, for some reason, there's not going to be a 1 on 1 rematch for AJ and because of that the main event of Wrestlemania would be Cena (c) Vs. Orton (RR) Vs. AJ Styles (P1)

My Predictions:
Harper over Orton to set up a triple threat at Mania (more on that later)
Bella over Natalya to get her ready to fight Bliss at Mania (more on that later)
Bliss over Naomi in controversial manner to set up a crazy match at Mania (wait for it)
Ziggler over Crews and Kalisto, possibly to set up an Intercontinental ladder match with Ambrose and others at Mania. (potentially, Ambrose v. Ziggler v. Miz v. Corbin)
Usos get the win to set up a straight up tag match against American Alpha at Mania and can be a quality tag match!
James and Lynch will be no contest to set up a 5-WAY MATCH AT MANIA FOR THE WOMEN'S TITLE (Bliss, Bella, Naomi, Lynch, James) to literally one up Raw's potential Fatal Four-Way.
Wyatt will win Elimination Chamber to set up a triple threat for the title at Mania between the Wyatt family. Since Harper wins Orton earlier, it qualifies him for the title.
Pacitti wins again. By the way, the results are Mojo Rawley, Becky Lynch, Apollo Crews and Kalisto, American Alpha, double count out for Natalya vs. Nikki Bella, Randy Orton, Naomi, and Bray Wyatt.
