I am currently a Farmasi Influencer and I started 3 months ago then lost my motivation and now I recently stocked back up trying to give it my all this time.
I really got into it because of the value on the products. I started using them, the makeup especially, then I would find myself ordering skincare, which I’m in love with and currently doing a 30 day challenge with the age reversist. I stated out with the eye cream and after a couple days i could seen a drastic change in my crows feet I couldn’t contain my happiness to see something working and not just fading the crows feet, the skin around my eyes were soft not thinning. So I order the whole kit and I’m following a healthy skincare regimen one I’ve never followed and WOW it makes a difference. However I will say that it has a hefty price tag for the complete set so that brings me to my next point. I’m thankful I took a twenty dollar membership in framasi because I get my age reversist 50%off just like with every product I purchase. I’m also starting to sell products and now I guess I’m too a beauty influencer I pray if anyone is reading to post that you reach out to someone here and speck to them about how 20 bucks, God and a Pray has change so my lives
@@Jera_M_Beauty just ask myself why only Golden with 7000 peoples and maybe its the 5 month periods for each rank achivment? 7000 peoples its alot of peoples so the volume should be there for higher than golden I guess?
@@PhilGO0D the ranks come from how many 25%-ers you have on your FIRST LINE. it is not based on GV. My GV is high. Our company does not do “outcoding” as you say. Because I do get paid for my other leaders

Hi! Is the group bonus based on monthly or quarterly GV? So if Sue has 900 GV at 12% does she have a month or quarter to accumulate the 900 GV?
It is based on monthly GV. Her GV starts back at 0 at the beginning of every month.

Yes, all bonuses are monthly. Except the one time cash bonuses for reaching Director ranks and above.

Outcoding is when the company stop paying you on the people at the same position as you!

What happens when you have 2 at 18% and 2 at 22%?
For side points? You only have to count the top one from each. So only subtract the one with the highest GV out of the two 18s and two 22s

At Farmasi we have to maintain 125 personal volume every 3 months which breaks down to around 42.00 per month to keep our Beauty Influencer status.
