You *can* use A for going left, D for going right and the space bar to jump (...to the left? Ha!) on the keyboard... but I cannot figure out how to pick things up.
I thought the game was terrible. Every boss fight was almost exactly the same mechanics and the stages weren't just similar, they were literally reused multiple times with no additional game mechanics beyond jump and throw. Play something like Byte the Bullet which is less expensive and you will see a massive difference in game quality. You didn't get to the worst part of the game which is the later stages which are just the first stages again but intentionally frustrating just to lengthen the play time.
I regret buying it. I wish I waited for a larger sale. 1.99-2.99 is what it is worth. It was missing a lot of the parts of the story that I thought would be excellent game levels. Most of the time you are playing as Dr Scott. I really think this could have translated into a fun little platformer with some minigames here and there. It just was repetitive and short. The music is the highlight, the soundtrack of the game does well at capturing the play/film. All you can do in the game is jump and throw furniture your health is one star throughout, but you revive at death at frequently updating locations near where you fell.
@@tooheystechgaming1977 I’m not great either and please don’t think that was a put down on you, or anyone. I think an expert could breeze through this much faster. I was annoyed at this game for skipping much of my favourite moments that could have been great levels that offered some variety. I did enjoy the storyline presentation though, just wish more made it and that gameplay was a bit more.
The film and game are American, where we do indeed spell the word "tire" even if it goes on a car.
I never did understand why they spell things different
@@tooheystechgaming1977 it's because they wanted to separate themselves from their connection to England.
