Kicking around the idea of getting into Seraphon, and this really helped! Kinda into 40K, painted a few White Scar, but never played. Just really like the idea of painting cool stuff and lore.

For me, it was a no brainer, The rule of cool dino army was for me. I picked up the Vanguard box, happened to have a box of Kroxigor so all I need is a box of Aggradon Lancers and the veteran on an Aggradon and I'm at 990 points. Not sure about the last 10 points though.

My spouse is into age of sigmar and I am trying to find an army I'd like to collect so we can play together. I cant decide between seraphon or syvaneth

I have both and they are both really fun. Sylvaneth you will need to get some wyldwoods to make the army do what it should do.

50 Eur for 10 warriors!!! Wtf happened! I'm out of the hobby for a few years and they almost triple the price?! SHEES! It was 35 Eur per 16 models 0_o

Yep prices are not kind like they used to be. You get more value out of vanguard (essentially like battalions used to be) and Xmas battleforces.
