One I've got to complain about is Cappy. Cappy doesn't have "dark magic" he's just a Bonneter, and all Bonneters have the ability to mind control people by landing on their heads. The fact that Cappy has the *potential* to use his mind control powers for evil, yet never has actually done it, can't be used against him. He should at least be considered more good than E Gadd, since Gadd made the paintbrush that let Bowser Jr. ruin Isle Del Fino.
You can't forget how Bowser is compasionate to his own son and even the koopalings. In Mario and Luigi Paper Jam he feels sad that Bowser Junior is injured. In heck, even Origami King, it's not Mario that motivates Olivia to fight King Olly, it's actually Bowser who is very sentimental and gives Olivia the motivation she needs to confront her brother.

My favorite Mario character of all time is Yoshi. Specifically, the Yoshi that has been a major character in Mario since 1998. The one who saved Mario when he was a baby and reunited him with Luigi, the one in the Mario Cart games, the Yoshi that Mario rides in the 2D scroller games, the protagonist of the Yoshi games…that Yoshi. He’s just the absolute best!
If Toadette was on this list, I’d say she would be about 4th in the good category, after Luigi. You can’t tell me that she isn’t one of the sweetest, purest, most innocent Mario characters out there. Toadette has helped Mario do good things several times, like in the Thousand Year Door where she kindly teaches Mario how to use his weapons. She also seems very proud of his achievements, and also seems to have a slight crush on Mario. When Toadette realises that she won’t see Mario again, she runs away and starts to cry. The worst thing that Toadette does is occasionally being quite sassy.

You know, Peach was placed too low in this list. It is clearly stated that she is a pure heart person and it was shown multiple times that she cares deeply for her subjects and friends, and always puts them in front of herself. You said that she doesn't have any security despite being rich, but it was already shown that the Toads were supposed to play this role, as well as the fact that she is responsible for protecting the kingdom herself with her magic, wich is the main reason why Bowser started kidnapping her in the first place. She saved the world multiple times alongside the Mario Bros., and tries to be helpful whenever possible, even in dire situations. You also never mentioned that, despite of clearly ruling the biggest country in the entire Mario world, none of the lands she rules have crimes or administration problems, and the only bad things that do happen are all triggered by villains, wich means that she is an excellent ruler overall (even more considering that the cataclysmic events that happen are not in her control and there's nothing she can do to prevent or stop them). In the end, she is a extremely caring person and ruler that has a ghastly luck, because she was cursed with the role of damsel in distress. (I know this was a joke, but no, she didn't even had how to know that the trip to Delfino isles would end the way it did in the first place) Just a quick note, Petey Piranha is mostly irrational. Outside of spin-of games, she literally acts like a crazed animal, with very little intelligence. And you forgot Kamek.

Kamek is pretty evil too, he raised Bowser and helped him abuse Baby Mario, and abused multiple baby dinosaurs. He powers up enemies into bosses and mario doesn't do anything about it (like quickly defeat the enemy before he gets powered up) because he is so mesmorized. Also King Boo may be the ghost of Bowser, or of Bowser's clone maybe. Also King Boo is almost as shy as any other boo though, (unless I'm getting mixed up with Big Boo). But yeah King Boo is quite evil!
There's a couple of flaws in your placement on Mario. The first one is the argument of Mario stepping on Luigi's foot; The issue I have with this is that if you look at it within the context, Mario meant absolutely no ill will. It was just a stereotypical older brother way of congratulating someone, similar to giving someone noogies. The second issue I have is regarding Donkey Kong Jr. Mario had good intentions of keeping Donkey Kong away from the city so he wouldn't cause anymore trouble. It was just that he was young and desperate, you gotta keep in mind that this happened before he began traveling the Mushroom Kingdom. Of course he's gonna make mistakes if it's his first time at this adventuring gig, we all make mistakes if we're doing something new for the first time.

It makes sense, King Boo might even be related to Kamek's evil, which made most evil characters be like that. It goes like this: King Boo is extremely evil > Kamek might have something to do with King Boo or he's just evil because he's a witch guy > Bowser was raised by Kamek > Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings were influenced by Bowser's evil > The Koopas and Goombas and everyone else are evil because of Bowser as well > Koopas and Goombas are evil so they're used as weapons for killing Mario in Mario Maker > People get really mad at hot garbage levels and they do unreasonable stuff. You can’t blame Kamek and King Boo for everything. Everyone’s actions are their own decision unless the character is under a spell. It’s not right to blame a parental figure for someone’s evil actions. Pretty sure Kamek has nothing to do with King Boo’s evil. Kamek isn’t even that bad considering he’s looking out for Bowser who he sees as his child. This is all my opinion.

Bowser is obviously a bad guy but I genuinely think that he isn't that bad of a guy. If you look at how he cares for Bowser Jr and everything that he does for Peach in Super Mario Odyssey, you can really see that he has a kind soul but a twisted way of showing people his kind soul.

You know, if you added the RPG characters, where would these go in comparison to the actual characters. (I'd think King Boo would definitely rival the likes of Dimentio and Princess Shroob.) For example, where would Dimentio, Count Bleck, Antasma, Princess Shroob, Grodus, Cackletta, Fawful, King Olly, go on the side of most evil in comparison to this list. That would be interesting to see. Maybe after doing the RPG list, make a video and showcase the order of the good to most evil, and the explainations would be in the other 2 videos.
Princess Shroob, yes, Dimentio, no. As awful as King Boo is, Luigi's Mansion one makes it clear that he does most of the things he does because he has a grudge against the Mario brothers. King Boo's plans never went beyond causing harm to them or ruling the world. The most important argument is that King Boo cares for his fellow Boos. Dimentio on the other hand had no remorse or empathy for anyone, he wanted to erase all of reality just so he can make a universe in his image. And when he does fail, he decides if he can't win, no one can and tries with all his might to ensure the end of all worlds, even though that means he too would be erased at that point. He's by far the evilest character in the entire Mario franchise and his deeds make him rank amongst the evilest characters in fiction in general

If Toadette was on this list, I’d say she would be about 4th in the good category, after Luigi. You can’t tell me that she isn’t one of the sweetest, purest, most innocent Mario characters out there. Toadette has helped Mario do good things several times, like in the Thousand Year Door where she kindly teaches Mario how to use his weapons. She also seems very proud of his achievements, and also seems to have a slight crush on Mario. When Toadette realises that she won’t see Mario again, she runs away and starts to cry. The worst thing that Toadette does is occasionally being quite sassy.

You know, Peach was placed too low in this list. It is clearly stated that she is a pure heart person and it was shown multiple times that she cares deeply for her subjects and friends, and always puts them in front of herself.
You said that she doesn't have any security despite being rich, but it was already shown that the Toads were supposed to play this role, as well as the fact that she is responsible for protecting the kingdom herself with her magic, wich is the main reason why Bowser started kidnapping her in the first place.
She saved the world multiple times alongside the Mario Bros., and tries to be helpful whenever possible, even in dire situations.
You also never mentioned that, despite of clearly ruling the biggest country in the entire Mario world, none of the lands she rules have crimes or administration problems, and the only bad things that do happen are all triggered by villains, wich means that she is an excellent ruler overall (even more considering that the cataclysmic events that happen are not in her control and there's nothing she can do to prevent or stop them).
In the end, she is a extremely caring person and ruler that has a ghastly luck, because she was cursed with the role of damsel in distress. (I know this was a joke, but no, she didn't even had how to know that the trip to Delfino isles would end the way it did in the first place)
Just a quick note, Petey Piranha is mostly irrational. Outside of spin-of games, she literally acts like a crazed animal, with very little intelligence. And you forgot Kamek.

Kamek is pretty evil too, he raised Bowser and helped him abuse Baby Mario, and abused multiple baby dinosaurs. He powers up enemies into bosses and mario doesn't do anything about it (like quickly defeat the enemy before he gets powered up) because he is so mesmorized. Also King Boo may be the ghost of Bowser, or of Bowser's clone maybe. Also King Boo is almost as shy as any other boo though, (unless I'm getting mixed up with Big Boo). But yeah King Boo is quite evil!

There's a couple of flaws in your placement on Mario. The first one is the argument of Mario stepping on Luigi's foot; The issue I have with this is that if you look at it within the context, Mario meant absolutely no ill will. It was just a stereotypical older brother way of congratulating someone, similar to giving someone noogies.
The second issue I have is regarding Donkey Kong Jr. Mario had good intentions of keeping Donkey Kong away from the city so he wouldn't cause anymore trouble. It was just that he was young and desperate, you gotta keep in mind that this happened before he began traveling the Mushroom Kingdom. Of course he's gonna make mistakes if it's his first time at this adventuring gig, we all make mistakes if we're doing something new for the first time.

Dimentio only controlled Luigi when he was about to be the vessel for the Chaos Heart, in which while this is the most devastating thing a brainwashed Luigi can do, as this will risk the lives of literally everyone, most of the work Mr. L did is by Nastasia.
It makes sense, King Boo might even be related to Kamek's evil, which made most evil characters be like that.

King Boo is extremely evil > Kamek might have something to do with King Boo or he's just evil because he's a witch guy > Bowser was raised by Kamek > Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings were influenced by Bowser's evil > The Koopas and Goombas and everyone else are evil because of Bowser as well > Koopas and Goombas are evil so they're used as weapons for killing Mario in Mario Maker > People get really mad at hot garbage levels and they do unreasonable stuff.

You can’t blame Kamek and King Boo for everything. Everyone’s actions are their own decision unless the character is under a spell. It’s not right to blame a parental figure for someone’s evil actions. Pretty sure Kamek has nothing to do with King Boo’s evil. Kamek isn’t even that bad considering he’s looking out for Bowser who he sees as his child. This is all my opinion.

He also kidnapped Pauline but only once in the Mario vs Donkey Kong series. The 3 of them became friends in the end though.

King Boo also trapped Luigi in a painting to put him in a fight against a bowser costume and put him in an illusion in dark moon after stopping him from returning to the bunker after getting the final dark moon piece and in Luigi’s Mansion 3 he just absolutely wants Luigi dead by all means trapping the entire hotel with him
There was also two parallel universes in the Adventure Mode in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

You know, if you added the RPG characters, where would these go in comparison to the actual characters. (I'd think King Boo would definitely rival the likes of Dimentio and Princess Shroob.)
For example, where would Dimentio, Count Bleck, Antasma, Princess Shroob, Grodus, Cackletta, Fawful, King Olly, go on the side of most evil in comparison to this list. That would be interesting to see. Maybe after doing the RPG list, make a video and showcase the order of the good to most evil, and the explainations would be in the other 2 videos.
Princess Shroob, yes, Dimentio, no. As awful as King Boo is, Luigi's Mansion one makes it clear that he does most of the things he does because he has a grudge against the Mario brothers. King Boo's plans never went beyond causing harm to them or ruling the world. The most important argument is that King Boo cares for his fellow Boos. Dimentio on the other hand had no remorse or empathy for anyone, he wanted to erase all of reality just so he can make a universe in his image. And when he does fail, he decides if he can't win, no one can and tries with all his might to ensure the end of all worlds, even though that means he too would be erased at that point. He's by far the evilest character in the entire Mario franchise and his deeds make him rank amongst the evilest characters in fiction in general

I disagree with bowser jr. Being lower than the koopalings. He has done way more goods that all of them combined. He fights for the one's he loves, his dad, "mama peach" and his army.

@@commendedzuez0944 that seems like a good reason why Mario isn't so old, but now the other question is, why did Mario leave Pauline and start "dating" Peach? Pauline isn't being kidnapped all of the time, she's equally as nice as Peach, she's a mayor, and she probably wouldn't friendzone him, she even decided to use her actual voice and sing a song dedicated to him!

That changes nothing,Bowser has done horrible things Kamek never even though about,Kamek even disagreed with Bowser's actions and joins you to stop him in mario party 9,but he re-joins Bowser after the end of the game,he still though that Bowser was going too far,meaning Bowser is more evil.
