the thing about divided pots and pans thing is basicaly letting you cook meals that would otherwise mix the flavors. like everything tasting like fish, because you fried it in the same oil as the fish, etc. another use ends up being less pots and pans used when cooking small meals you may not get it, but people can genuinely make use of these.
Great for if you've got kids with different tastes too. We've got one who won't eat anything that's touched tomato and another that doesn't like beef, so it'd cut down on multiple dishes.
