It's too wimpy to fly and too fragile to crash. I've had two. Consider them unflyable. Easily broke one. The second flew away in about a 2mph wind. I'm happy to be rid of them. There are so many better choices around. HS Customer service is no good at all. Overpriced. One went intermittent and died after a relatively minor tumble. Didn't stop working immediately, so I gotta wonder. The battery seems to have too much inertia for the rest of the drone. Drops like a warhead. I've been more satisfied with thirty dollar drones. The motors are poor matches for the inadequate propellers so it is very prone to damaged, breaking props. Very small prop dents tend to ruin the flight. Look at the way it swings around on video. The 440 came with one battery, and is a waste of an OK camera, providing you can get it to record to the SD card at all. Why did they put a gimbal on this thing? SD card slot is obstructed. Seems like a rebranded Asian Frankendrone with no flight controls, but a lot of internet marketing hype. 5 MPH winds are a problem. Only has two speeds Better land immediately.

My drone I've had it for like 4 months and a few days ago I tried to fly it but one of the propellers were not going, I tried to unscrew the top of the propeller to see if there was like grass or something stopping it but it was not there so I put it back on and it's still not working.

In the instruction book it says the drone supports TF Card upto 32Gb However there is no slot or anything on the drone body, I have watched other videos and they show a slot for the SD card on the body of the drone, but its a different model, 720. I have even peeled off the stickers on my drone to see if the slot was hiding under there. when I was buying the drone the advert blurb claimed that a higher resolution was available if you use a TF card (not included), this was a factor in my buying this drone because I wanted to take high res pictures of high up windows etc for inspecting before painting quotes
@@utubeape My recently purchased HS440 has a card slot located on the bottom, about 3/4" forward of the power button. Make sure the card is formatted as FAT32! Otherwise, everything will appear to work, but nothing will be getting saved to the SD card.

Mine is missing the flash card, and those are cheap, but missing the second battery and charger is not cool as they are probably expen$ive! Also, the slightest breeze will blow it past the house and once you loose sight of it it's gone! And as for headless mode, what the heck does that even mean because the instructions don't tell you!

I bought a Holystone before and had to return it, 2 Android and 1 Apple phone, 2 Android tablets, none worked with it. Thats my biggest concern.
You probably didn't go to your wifi connection and set it to "holystone". It doesn't mention this in the manual but that's what you have to do

Sounds like a damaged motor. May need to replace the motor.
