There is no way to upgrade the memory in the CF-20. It is built on the motherboard.
Will the docking station for Toughbook CF-20 work for the Toughpad FZ-Q2?

Hello, can the ram memory be upgraded in this machine? or is it soldered to the motherboard?
There is no upgrade slot for the RAM. It is soldered to the systemboard.

So what is the battery size? In mAh?
From the factory- the battery in the tablet is 11.4V, 2600mAh. Hope this helps.
