I bought 25 of these unit from a government auction. None of them have chargers or hdd caddies. I have been successful in getting these from a popular online auction site. I have built and resold several and they all seem to work great and very fast plus the battery life is unbelievable. I have noticed that the carry handle is the first thing to break other than that the getac s400 is well built and very fast and durable. This is a great video I would love to see more of the s400 upgrades like there s400 docking station.. keep up the great work we all here love your videos

i have 1TB ssd, factory hdd is 5400rpm , is not good experience
Yes this unit can be upgraded to a larger hard drive. We suggest you upgrade to a SSD.
