Be it by serving her a surprise breakfast at bed, or cooking a nice tea, or taking care of the meals. Give her a nice massage and keep her close and warm.
I know this is going to be a really weird comment to leave on an audio about period pains but, I'm having a really rough night. My Dad died a couple years ago, but the pain never goes away. It'll get put on the back burner, but then I have nights where it just hits me like a train. Tonight is one of those nights, I'm bawling my eyes out alone in the dark at 3:15am, and I feel so alone. tips:
- don't take asprin during shark week, it's a blood thinner and will only make you bleed more, i suggest ibuprofen (advil)
- soak anything blood-stained in cold water overnight (preferably while blood is still wet) then toss into the washing machine and ya should be good.
- heat pads are good. put on tummy no more owchie
- shark week is cheat week, comfort food will improve your mental state better than trying to keep up with any diet.
- FOR DA BOYZ!!: let this manbe the example of bare minimum, be like this guy. :)

I know it's been four years since this audio was first posted but this has been an absolute blessing to me. I have a disorder where my periods are alot worse physically and sometimes even make me sick. It felt kinda bittersweet listening to this audio, feeling that someone knew what I was going through but no one was really talking to me. Just recently, I got a boyfriend.
